Bad Hotel, Dirty pool and in room bathrooms are dirty.

Khalil (the Lifeguard) and the Dead Sea was the highlight for our stay by the Dead Sea in Jordan. What an experience. Floating on the Dead Sea on a private beach just a couple of hundred metres away from your Hotel is just perfect. What made it better was that the lifeguard on duty Khalil was so happy and delightful to make the Dead Sea experience better. He helped put some clay on me and my wife, informed us on what to do to get the best photos of the experience and then he chatted with us about Jordan. When we tried to pay him for his time. He refused and professed that all he needed was to know that we had a good time in the Hotel. What a champion. In regards to the hotel, we had a good stay. The Wifi is strong in the rooms, there is 3 large pools to swim in and the view from our balcony was amazing. Our only gripe is the music that they played over the weekends. Loud, random dance music, mixed with hip hop, mixed with traditional Jordan music really doesn’t promote the experience of being in such a tranquil area.

Terrible. Low on service. They ran out of food on the breakfast place. The dinner plates and cutlery cant even qualify for any hygiene standards. This is definitely not a five star! The rooms are in disrepair .. The price may be cheap but you pay for it with the experience.

I'll start with the good things- the staff is very kind and eager to help. The place itself is spacious, clean and the view is remarkable. The breakfast boufet is fantastic.
The thing is, you need two more meals a day, at least when you're on vacation with kids, and the hotel's policy forbids order-in food. The cafe inside the hotel is slow and not very tastey, definitely does not worth the price.
In general the reception/housekeeping etc. is extremely slow.
We had to pay to use the children's club per-capita each day.
Everything is a drive distance .
What this place really needs is a professional head of staff to give staff-trainee . Running such a big place takes more than good intentions.
