Very nice Hotel with clean rooms, but scarsely understandable opening hours for the gym. Very friendly staff and good breakfast! I give 5/5 though despite the gym schedule!

A very good Hotel with very good prices, if you are looking for a good hotel that eventually you don’t have to spend a lot of time in it because of business visit or leisure purpose, it doesn’t have the facilities like the 5 stars hotels of Amman but it is satisfying with good prices and good rooms.

I went to the gift shop on the first floor and found amazing items for reasonable prices. I bought bath salts, jewelry, decorative items and perfumes! Easy to pack gifts to take back with me to the U.S!! Highly recommended!

rooms dont have opening windows. air conditioning system doesn't work. wifi signal in some rooms is terrible. guests might be assigned to smooking rooms despite their preferences.

If u looking for value for money, then u have chosen the right hotelservice is good , staff very pleasant and always willing to assistclean and situated amongst many restuarants if u not happy with the food at the hotelwhich in my opinion was great!
The gym is adequate enough and nice pool except for the operating hours for men and women it changes from day to day, so make sure u get the time schedule when u check in.
My room was spacious and clean and kept that way with great work from Mohamed Omar.
I would also like to thank the lady at reception Noor and and her associate Mauyard for their friendly service.
I truly had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would really recommend it, and if i were to visit Amman again the Ayass Hotel would be my choice of stay.

Was there early part of April. They didn't have the room I requested for so they put me on the 2 nd floor which is actually a suite . Room was very spacious and comfortable. Clean and I find the staff helpful. They go out of their way to make things happen for me , especially Christine . Thank you !
The Buffett breakfast was ok basic. Wish they could have a better spread but then there r lots of eateries and restaurants across the way.
Location is definitely a plus .
Will definitely come there again and recommend my friends !

confirmed booking was cancelled; lobby and breakfast may be 3 star, windows do not close sufficiently that you have traffic noise, rooms with view of about 4 m to opposite wall

The hotel is no nonsense. Decent prices and staff are very helpful. Lost one star because the steak really tough and dry and another because I was placed on the first floor and with a wedding happening right under my feet sleep was tough.
Should have better sound proofing. Ask for a higher floor.
Staff is very helpful though and made the stay a delight.

Descent hotel, new and service is good. The location is what sets it apart but there was a wedding almost every night and you can hear it everywhere in the hotel.
