The staff is decent and welcoming. But the place it self is not very clean. AC, lamps, showers are broken or do not work properly in most of the rooms. It's strange this place has 4 stars!

Very old hotel not comfortable and very bad environment, furnitures really old and disgusting on the top of it there's no cleanliness as well, so so it's not really worth to stay there.

Midrange hotel, quite fair priced. Rooms are Ok, bathrooms need redoing. Staff is very kind and helpfull. If I had complains Abort my room it would have been easy to change the room.
To rainbowstreet taxi takes you 5-10 min. Don t let them charge you more than 2 JD.

This was the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in Amman.
Food quality and hygiene was so bad. There was nothing to eat even in breakfast. They put the same food on the table for one week. The same person both works in the kitchen and security. Wireless speed is not bad. But so many websites like youtube are banned by firewall. There are empty minibars in the rooms. You can not find drinking water. Try another hotel.
