To get started, this is a nice, clean, and we liked that they had real goldfish on the fifth floor. I would of given this hotel 4 stars if it were not for the pool. We had checked if there was a pool, and it turned out that they HAD a pool and it was heated till 11:30pm! Amazing! But it was only open for MEN. That was a big no-no. I loved the food and the service was good, but the pool ruined it for the group. I would not recommend this for a family that is looking for a hotel. Or just anyone. If that was open to everyone we would come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel. They had a gym and spa for women but it was under construction. But no pool.

Very nice place to stay. Polite stuff, good rooms. There is also a parking place. The hotel is not far from the old city center. Good breakfast.

Awesome breakfast buffet. Highly recommend the pancakes with date syrup (looks like slightly thicker honey). Nice, big rooms. Wi-Fi works fine. Shower was huge (but no tub, at least not in our room). Helpful and friendly staff, and area not too touristy

The Toledo has nice and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and standard equipped. It's a bit noisy outside (to the front). Unfortunately they don't sell any alcohol. But there's a liquor store just down the road going from the hotel.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price. Searved a nice hot and cold variety breakfast everyday with both American and local foods. Rooms were modern and clean. Easy to catch a cab out front. Don't think we ever waited for more than a minute ever for a cab.

Good for a three star hotel. The bathroom can be problem if sharing the room. No locks, glass door with semi see through.

Good enough to stay for a few days. Two meals available with reasonable price and it's buffet so everybody will find sthg to eat. Fitness center is not badpretty good equipped, dry and wet sauna also available. Swimming pool small so more than 45 people in it make it crowded. Friendly and helpful personel.

The gym & pool is now ONLY for men so it should be removed from their website since it is misleading to say gym & pool available for guests. It used to be for both men & women! This is very discriminatory against women & they should change their policy instead of lying on their website & ads!

i give 4 stars for the excellent customer service and very nice food! the reason i didnt put more is that the hotel needs maintenance. our bathroom smelled really bad. the staff were very nice offered another room. However I was really disappointed because women cannot use the swimming pool. I really dont understand how you can be a touristic hotel when u have a rule like that.

- Be aware of their mini-bar fridge scam. They charged 17.80 JD for three cans of soda and a bottle of jus. These items are way over charged.
- The room is dirty. Bed lining are not clean enough.
- The room is very small.
- The bathroom flush is not good. The bathroom toilet was getting clogged in daily bases.
- Their Gym equipment are old and most of them fail continuously.
- The Gym room has some TVs, but the only channel you can watch is the Muslim prayer channel from Saudi Arabia. You feel like you are in a mosque not in a Gym.
- The hotel location is terrible.
- Every time you enter the hotel you will be scanned and touched by a security officer. This applies to your kids too.
I am not coming back and don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Good sized room and bathroom and a tasty Jordanian buffet breakfast included. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with making a reservation at the Iraqi Zad Al-Khair restaurant, amending the reservation when we were late and also booking is a taxi on our behalf.

After its renovation the hotel is an excellent accommodation for budget travelling. Also the location is very convenient. The staff were great
