Very fancy hotel, with pool and sauna. About five minutes by car to the Petra site.

Great service, clean and fairly well-appointed. The hotel has multilingual and efficient reception staff, reliabl WiFi that works in the rooms as well as the common areas, and excellent and varied breakfast options.

Saw good reviews online so we made a reservation. The hotel is old and the rooms are cramped. The pool seemed okay for our kids but the spa was not warm. We did not stay. Found another hotel.

Worst experience ever , very bad service, we asked a spoon from the reception they told me come and take it by your self ! And when i asks the lunch meal price they told me 5JOD, when i go to pay bill the reception asks me to pay 7JOD for 1 meal !!! And worst breakfast !

Excellente adresse pour séjourner afin de visiter Petra. Rapport qualité prix imbatable (nous avons payé 50 JD petit dej inclus, début mai). Personnel aux petits soins et très aimable (certains parlent français), chambre hyper clean et literie impeccable (laverie/dry clean sur place), lit king size, climatisation, petit dej copieux (buffet), piscine. Possibilité de profiter des Turkish baths attenant à la piscine pour 15 JD (hammam, gommage, massage tonique, thé relax). Bref, notre meilleur hotel en une semaine en Jordanie !
