Perfect location which you don’t appreciate until you walk back! Clean, comfortable beds - food is ok. Staff are helpful. Cave Bar is great.

Very nice hotel with excellent access to Historic Petra. Room was very clean with modern amenities. Very nice restaurant and friendly service. Would definitely stay here when we visit Petra again.

Great atmosphere and service. Stayed in one of the mountain chalets and had a great rest before and after visiting the magnificent old city of Petra. The Cave Bar is brilliant and provides a relaxing and chilled environment.

Petra Guesthouse was an excellent hotel! All the employees treated us very well. Shaddid, at the front desk, especially took good care of us and made us feel like it was no trouble at all. He's the best! Also the waiters and maintenance and housekeeping men were great. I believe Omar is the name of one of them. He was so very helpful! One of our regular waiters was a trainee who did a fantastic job. I'm sorry we can't remember his name, wish I could. We were there on May 23-24, 2017.

stayed at the Petra Guest House on 9 June 2012. I was going to stay 2 nights but changed to one.
This hotel has so much potential with the location, uniqueness of the building and so much more, but the staff just don't deliver. Crowne Plaza should be ashamed to have an association with this hotel.
It was meant to have wifi internet throughout hotel but even in the lobby it was no good.

Room Tip: If you stay here, request a room looking out towards the city or the path down to the monuments.
