The pool was the funnest experience for me. The falls were nice but the water was too cold. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely go again

Beautiful falls! Fun atmosphere with three pools, zip-lines, and a souvenir shop. Food and beverages are available at reasonable prices. Laid back atmosphere and family friendly.

It's a really nice falls to visit and it's accomodating for family visits too. A restaurant is there and f the cold river water is too much for you there are 'warmer' pools you can relax in. The depth of some of the pools are great for toddlers to play is (supervised of course). Plenty lifeguards are on duty to ensure your safety should you need them. You do miss out a bit if you can't swim though, no rope swings into the river if your heart can't handle it.

Absolutely fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at YS Falls. The shuttle ride can be a tad bit inconvenient if you want to leave when the shuttles aren't there but the experience is great. The atmosphere is relaxing, cool and it's a great place for a little family get away. If you're not in the mood to travel too far, there are different levels to the falls where you can choose how far up to go. And if you're not that good of a swimmer, just ask one of the life guards for a life jacket. But if you're tired of the falls and would still wanna be in water, no problem! They have two pools where you can just kick back and relax. Great place for tourists as well as residents!

Staff are very friendly; Mario, Dane, and Lennox where awesome zip-line staff who who were great entertainment but made you feel 100% safe! As did our guide who took up the falls and he took amazing pictures with our phone. We ordered our food before getting on the shuttle so it was ready for us when we returned; Amazing was the food! The ladies who took our orders and cooked the food were just as amazing.

Very beautiful place. We were not sure what to expect and were a little disappointed at not being able to spend much time at the falls. They give you a guide to take pictures and he will walk you through and tell you to pose here, jump here, swim here, and then you're done. It's nice because you get the falls to yourself, but you only get a few minutes in each spot. There are beautiful pools that you can spend time in and nice areas to picnic if you have time. Lovely spot, definitely recommend!

One of the best attractions in St.Elizabeth. The place has expanded from 1 to 2 manmade pools that uses the falls water. Also, they now have a bar on site. They guards are super friendly and the environment is clean. Great place to picnic with family. Picnic benches and a gazebo are also on site.

Beautiful location. The natural spring pool was very nice as well as their new pools. Water on the river was a little high when we went because of recent extra rainfall, but the falls were stunning. The guides were extremely helpful. The rope swing was fun. Would like to do the zip line on my next visit.

The falls was by far my favorite place in Jamaica. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The zip line is a must for everyone, so much fun. Our guide helped us with the walking through the waterfalls. Showing us where to step and what to avoid (dips, rocks). And they took a ton of photos of our group in the waterfalls and a ton of video's on the zip line. I would highly recommend YS falls

My family and I visited this place and I have to take the time out to write this review. Not only about the beauty of the place but the customer service experience. Firstly, when we went to the place we were assisted by one of the workers how to climb the falls. He took multiple photos and videos of us it was one of the best experiences We had in Jamaica. The place is well kept and the staff seem to really take pride in ensuring that the visitors have a good time. Even the bathroom and changing area was well kept i was so impressed. Secondly, when we got home we realized that a bracelet belonging to my husband's neice was missing. We were panicking because it was so small and it was gold. The following morning, her mother called the facility and explained to a worker that the bracelet was missing, she explained to him where we were sitting last. He took the time out and went to the area, called her back and told her that he located the bracelet. I think his name is Simon Brown. I am not 100% sure of his name. That same day, we drove back to the facility and the bracelet was placed in an envelop with our name on it. The ladies at the front desk gave it to us. Very impressive. With that experience, I had to take the time out to write this review.

By far the best experience I've had thus far and I've had many 😊😊 The falls is beautiful and the food is affordable. The drive in made me feel like I was on a safari tour. Pools are also available if you do not want to stay in the falls because the falls water pressure is very high. Highly recommended!!!!!!

It's beautiful and pristine! Y.S.Falls is a Jamaican gem with natural limestone waterfalls flowing through lovely gardens and man made swimming pools for those not wanting to go into the falls. To get to the falls you have to make a 5 min jitney ride further uphill. When there you are greeted by friendly staff and have the option of going to the pools or the falls. They have changing rooms, a gift shop and a restaurant. They also have a zip lining tour which takes you straight over the breathtaking falls. They have guides all along the wooden steps that go up the height of the falls. Only recommendation is to wear swim shoes for sensitive feet.

My friend & photographer, Michael, and I went here on my second to last day in Negril, Jamaica. We paid around $95 each for a trip to YS falls and the Black River tour. Lunch wasn't included and I found that to be a rip off. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY THE LUNCH unless you want to get sick.. we could've went without the black river boat tour and the lunch. Next time save yourself the time and just get a taxi to YS falls. You'll save SO much time & money.. and don't buy the lunch there. It made us both sick and I'm not that picky of an eater. We had burgers and fries but the meat looked light tan in color. Definitely not a typical burger. The YS Falls was absolutely breathtaking and a lifeguard that worked there even took my photographer and I to the very top (although he wasn't allowed to do so) and we had the very top waterfall all to ourselves. It was very cool and worth it! Of course we tipped the gentleman and enjoyed the rest of our stay there. Again, don't buy the lunch and don't book the Black River boat tour. It's just not worth your time (or health). As for YS FALLS- GO! You won't regret it!!
