This is definitely a great tour experience. My favourite part after seeing the aligators was the boat ride to The Pelicans Bar. This is well worth the almost wo hour drive from Montego Bay !

Awesome tour, although it was pretty short. Saw some pretty big crocodiles! I had no idea those were in Jamaica, so I was super excited! Beautiful and peaceful, we had a great tour guide!

Went there 3 times and I have been satisfied all 3 times. Whenever you go, it's like a new experience.

It is amazing to see humans interacting with the crocodiles on the river and to actually hold baby crocodiles and turtles in your hand at the nursery. The flora and fauna is absolutely breathtaking.

After the tour, you can buy souvenirs as well.

Drawback: the bathroom needs to be maintained and a snack shop would be useful to patrons.

Overall, a very good tour that gives you a lot of knowledge about the great black river and its crocodiles.

Located in Black River, St Elizabeth, it's one of the must see attractions in the area. You can take a river tour and see the crocodiles that live in the river. You'll also get to see the tour operators interact with the crocodiles. This asking with other similar tours will give you an experience to remember.

The best of the bunch. We stopped at some other tours along the way but this definitely looked like the best (in terms of the condition of the boats). The boat ride down the river was beautiful, it was extremely hot so was grateful for the cool breeze. We were able to see a few crocodiles in their natural habitat which was great. The tour guide however was extremely lazy and didn't seem to know anything he repeated the same fact about the age of crocodiles 3 times in about 40mins and repeated the same jokes, I would have preferred he stayed quiet. I love that they are rehabilitating some of the crocs and had a nursery for the young un's. We weren't offered the opportunity to hold them and was very happy, as they are wild animals not photo props.

A one of a kind place. Some aspects of this tour are controversial, but overall, I think that it encourages appreciation of the natural environment. I enjoyed it again after more than ten years of not being back.

Visited here after visiting the YS Falls which is not far. The place is not what you expect but it was very informational and a nice tour boat ride in the black river. We got to see a few alligators and highlight was going to the nursery where we got to hold and pet a young alligator. Cost was $20 per person and they only take cash. It was a nice excursion if you like crocs and don't mind about an hour excursion.

It was a very informative but lazy tour. You get that sleepy feeling on the boat, especially if its a cool day😊😊Check out a few of the five hundred crocodiles in the black river. The water is crystal clear but has a dark shade because of the peat at the bottom👍👍
