OK since the entry fee is just $800J - about right. Pools and "stream" are in decent shape, and the cool stream is great with that heat. But almost all other features (games, trampoline, swings, etc) are unusable.
The GoKart was working.
The changing room, at least men's side, was OK.
We called ahead to check, and brought our own cooler with drinks, and picnic lunch.

I couldn't give a 5 stars because this place needs improvement. The staff is very polite and will assist when she is called upon. This place needs more workers, someone to ensure bathroom is kept up (clean) someone to clean the pools and the spring from leafs and dirt. Not sure what you can catch in the pools since we were there for over 3 hours and not one time it was cleaned :). This is a family place and I feel the up keep could be better. Hope my next visit I will improvement.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Nice cool spot for groups. Like the river. Tables for eating, chairs for sitting, hammocks for relaxing. It is ok. I recommend a visit.

This place needs to be closed down water is dirty all the equipment inside does not work it's dangerous and a heath hazard for children and people there no clean changing rooms or showers the price to get is a rip off $8000 $4000 for children you could go to ys faĺls for cheaper stay well clear of this Jamaica government need to close this place down before someone gets hurt

Talk about a let down This "Tourist attraction" was rife with disappointment. From the high entrance fee,($800 for adults, $500 for children), to the less than sanitary conditions of the bathrooms,(toilets would not flush and needed to be cleaned) and the pool,(had what appeared to be algae and other fungi growing on the walls). The grounds were shabby at best, as it sported, broken down aluminum topped tables, with banged in edges and exposed sharp areas. Also there were several rusted down swings and the very unstable benches. It was a very underwhelming experience.

The place has run down. I went there a few times in the past when they were unknown and more humble, and back then the place had a higher standard of customer service. For their sakes I hope they remember that customers come first or soon there will no business. Train or hire better staff.
