These people are so unreasonable and don't know anything about good customer service. They act as if they are high and have sure customers and don't need any new customers. I've been there before to purchase vouchers for my workers and had been told that I need to come back because the person wasn't there. I did and got through because I was in new Kingston so that was easy, but what is this thing about person not being there to sign off on the voucher it's bull, if you are not there appoint someone, there is no need to lose business over you not being there. Now a few of the workers have somewhat of a good customer service, however the rest needs a year training. They are bitchy, have a lot of attitude, no personable tone and no manners whatsoever.
I leave my home early today to purchase vouchers for my team again $6500 worth and then when I got there after 2pm , the person to write it was not there to do it, or to sign off, they are coming after 6, a nice brown pregnant girl assisted me then, I said okay, I'll return. I call them at around 6:15pm the person was not there, then I called back at 7:38 and the person was there and said that they'll be writing up the voucher for me because I left my name with the pregnant lady. I had no ride to go back, called again minutes to 8pm, 7:52 to be exact and told them I could be their soon after 8, because my husband was leaving our home miles away to pick me up at work on my lunch time, to take me back there to get the voucher, got there at 8:51pm, the black lady with a bun in her hair and two nubs on her ears, (wish I had her name), all she gave was attitude, the person not here to give me the vouchers, I said to her that it should be written on waiting on me as that is the arrangement. I then told her to get me someone who I can talk to. Then a tall thick guy came out and nicely explained, she left for Mega Mart and if I can come back, I told him it's unreasonable and he was quite understanding. What the hell?! I should come back when I let my husband waste his gas and time to take me there and to think I have to pay $500 service charge totalling to $7000, you guys are crazy and don't need money. The staff needs a revamp and is bull that you guys, managers or whoever can't appoint someone to do stuff like that in their stead, people are spending money and wasting time to get something from you that will benefit you. I guess @Chris Gayle doesn't want to increase his revenues. Heights of bullsh**t!!!!
If anyone invites me to any dinner or celebration there, I'll definitely convince them to go give someone else who wants their money, because triple century does not need it!! I had so much more to say but I'll end it here.response / report this review -

On my visit to Jamaica, we decided to dine here. We were seated immediately. The music and the ambiance was great. We had oxtails which was really great, except that They didnt have any ripe plantains. The prices were also affordable. I would definitely visit again.

The atmosphere was ok. My friend thought it was too brightly lit. Customer service was a little lacking. It took someone a while to come and take my order, as my friends had already finished eating when I got there. Then it took another long time to get my food, I ordered chicken strips. The restaurant wasn't busy either. There was some issue with the bathroom as well, customers had to use buckets to flush the toilet or something like that (my friend was the one who went to the restroom)

Honestly, Triple Century is awesome. The atmosphere is lively and extremely interactive. The food is delectable; I love the burger honestly. The music and ambiance is just on point really great. Only thing is that it is a bit overcrowded , because like i said a great place otherwise. Five stars!

So i recently went here with my friends, and it was a really great experience. This was my second time there and the service was even better than my first time (which was good too) but this second experience was just awesome. We had a server called Melisia. I recommend you all ask for her when you visit. She was very professional but made us feel absolutely welcomed. She took our orders in a timely manner, while we waited she came again to give us updates on our meals, and to find out if we needed anything else, the whole works. Now from I've been going these high class restaurant this is the FIRST time i had so good customer service. And to top it off their food was amazing!! The drinks were awesome! This is now my favorite restaurant!

I have been there two times already so I didn't necessarily go with an open mind. My mother and partner have never been there so I decided to introduce them to the atmosphere. The restaurant was great, good food, music and vibe. The waitress that attended to us was brilliant, her patience must be applauded.
On the other hand, other employees need to be trained in customer service, as there were times when inappropriate behavior on the employees part was just not tolerable.

this was my second time there and it was not full filling. so i dont think i will be back. reason in kids was all over the place dancing and all that so it seem to me that it is a place for kids not adult so we left. not saying that they cant go there but at what time. and other people keep coming and walk out when they see that, remember dancing is not a problem but is how u doing it and where u doing it.so just think about this.

Awesome chill spot, great bar including bar service. Great lunch menu and dining menu - food tastes amazing. The best club spot on a Thursday night includes VIP. Lots of parking as it is located in New Kingston. Great customer service. As both make and female restroom. You will see celebrities when u arrive at the famous Triple Thursday party night. The prices for food and alcohol are reasonable.

I made a reservation. When me and ma group went apparently the time was there two times and it was wrong. So we had to wait for like 2 hours.
After we got seated we had to wait for 20 minutes for a server.. Then another 20 for the waters we ordered The 30 to get the food and another 10 to get the drinks we ordered.
The customer service is poor, especially the girl who works at the front desk.a guy asked her for chair and she said , "yuh see any" I mean what was the attitude for?
The food is a one star but the drinks are great.
I would have left if it wasn't my friend's birthday and it wasn't so lateresponse / report this review -

Nice place to grab a plate, sit back, relax and enjoy authentic Jamaican music. Please note however that this music may be too loud for most people and if you are old, wear hearing aids or anything like that this isn't the place for you. The music is played really loudly. If you have difficulty climbing stairs this isn't the place for you for sure as there is a very steep incline to get to the restaurant. In terms of service this place is usually crowded and there tends to be a wait time here. Everyone wants to eat here it seems and turning back customers is a regular thing for staff it seems.

If only I cld this place no stars.stood for hours before getting seated and when we finally got a table it was filthy. No menus were issued and I literally had to be shouting across the room to get the attention of the waitress who was chatting with her coworkers and forgot that she didn't offer to take our order. The service was so poor we had to leave!

The music was blasting and I could barely hold a conversation. This is the energy at Triple century. I very much dislike this restaurant. I could hardly hear myself speak to the person beside me. The service is extremely slow. EXTREMELY. I have been to this restaurant on several different occasions and my experience has been the same each time. If anyone is thinking about going they should make sure the eat before hand. besides from the long wait the food was good and the waiters were friendly. I don't see myself going back.

Went there when travelling on assignment in Jamaica. Wonderful atmosphere. Great music, waitress's were courteous. Their pizzas were quite good and affordable. Giving 4 stars coz the menu could use some more additions..

I had the burger, the wings another visit and lunch special at another point in time. All were flavorful and freshly prepared.The food from my experience is good for a sport bar. Prices were good as well.
