Wonderful environment. Bartenders and servers are knowledgable and courteous. Presentation is quite appealing and the food is pretty good. Would recommend for a date night or solo dining during the week and good to chill with friends on the weekend

It's a nice little chill spot but in terms of food the menu is very limited And orders take some time to be served. Aside from that it has a tiny cool vibe atmosphere

You have to pay $5000 to reserve a table. Everything is one bill once it's a table(the waitress didn't tell us before hand) Meaning bigger service charge and gct % for the restaurant. Service kinda slow. Atmosphere is intimate. Wouldn't use it for a big birthday party due to limited spacing . Poor lighting however and they don't have desserts on their menu nor anything for persons celebrating their birthday. And smokers are welcome and not placed to a specific area so it affected my birthday guests So over all I had a good time with my friends Not necessarily because of the place.

Good ambience. Gets cold in the late night. Music not too loud, so conversation is possible. Good place for singles or groups. Food taste was excellent, though colder than expected. Took longer than expected to be served. Not served or offered any water. Service wasn't anything to rave about. Definitely not an inexpensive place. Unless under a canopy, secondhand smoke is a real risk.

Was only here for a workshop next door but decided to wait by the bar. Ordered a drink and appetizer. Food was good and service wasn’t bad either. Decor is fabulous!

Poor lighting for pictures and menu prices don't include tax so carefully how you buy. apart from that the food wasn't horrible but nothing to wow about as for everything else it was just an ok experience

Friendly service and very flexible with accommodation. Great food and drinks with various choices. Also has a comfortable and welcoming environment

It has a good bar vibe - the music is nice and the energy is good. It also has a decent view. The food and service aren't the best - the wait to get in and to be served can take a while based on how busy they get. Limited food menu. Low lighting.

My experience here has been variable so I haven't come back in a while. The first time I went it was great with decent service, good drinks, although the food took long. The last time I went, I took a friend there and we were so ignored despite the place being almost empty that we left after a long wait and after getting tired of trying to find someone to even ask for a menu. I was embarrassed because I had told them how nice it was before. Disappointed.

The food is really good, the atmosphere isn't bad. They have a nice music selection ranging from 80's throwbacks to todays hottest singles. However the drink menu and service efficiency could use some improvement.

I went there with ma girls n it was wonderful different from wait how long to be serve n the sever giving us attitude the atmosphere n the so rounding is good i love there n recommend many ppl to go there i even when bk n it was greater than before n am going bk again 10 out a 10

I visited there for the first time in July 2017, the service was on point and I liked the ambience and the patrons. I've decided that when I get back to Jamaica I'm gonna make Cru one of the places I touch on my first night out. "Cheers to Life"

Very enchanting open floor design and layout, good staff and service, only problem I have is that it is highly inaccessible to persons with physical disabilities (its on the top floor/roof with no elevator) and the prices are a bit on the upper end of the acceptable spectrum.

Very nice ambiance, well lit roof top veiw with spiraling overhead cooling fans which keep you cool even in the heat of the day. Dj booth adjacent to seating area perfectly arranged and always plays the right music mash up Jamaican/Caribbean/R&B/hip-hop all genres of music all blended in a nice relaxing vibe. Seating area is nice and open with at bar seating area. Bar is well stocked with all the various types of alcohol wines, beer, liquor, stout, lager etc. Grill has simple but decadent food offerings done to order delivered hot of the stove/grill. Customer service is really good I must say and friendly. Downstairs entrance is warm and inviting and is a nice decor and accessories.

Loud music gets in the way of proper conversation but an otherwise beautiful venue with good food. Can get packed and service obviously slows down as a result. Arriving late on a busy night might mean a long wait for a seat too.
