Luxurious, all-inclusive resort to the east of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Beautiful facilities and many great dining options. It also provides access to the Rose Hall golf courses, which were very enjoyable to play even for a high handicap golfer.
Beautiful property. I could walk these grounds all day. The beach front suites are divine. The bar makes amazing drinks. They have the best macaroni and cheese. Not a party resort. There isn't a good view of the ocean from the pool. There are plenty of beach chairs and tenders for drinks. The Shoppes at Rose Hall are just down the street and the resort has a shuttle.
Impressive property and exceptional service.
Beach is very Rocky but Pool is beautiful!
Beautiful property! Plenty of restaurants and pools. This property is the Hyatt Zilara now.
My place of work. Awesome place to work. But now the name is Hyatt Ziva and Zilara
I love it here because I learn things that I didn't know
Great property to stay at. Food was great service was excellent
Beautiful resort. The staff is friendly and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend the renovated section of the hotel. The beach is not spectacular, but good enough.
This is actually a Hyatt Ziva now. Clean, enormous and very well manicured all-inclusive. I would highly recommend for those going to Montego Bay.
We needed a bargain vacation and were able to get a great deal on airfare/hotel at the Ritz. But once we got there it became clear that we were at the typical Ritz -- the food was very expensive. (Chips and salsa was $17.) Normally this wouldn't be such a problem except, the property isn't walking distance to anything.
Also, because we got two rooms for the price of one, they mistakenly reserved one room, I had to contact the travel agent before they conceded that we had two rooms. But the first night, four of us had to cram in one of the two rooms.
As for the hotel itself, I thought it was very nice. And the grounds too. The beach was underwhelming. Jamaica, in general, was great.
