a couple of small issues on arrival, but a huge thanks goes out to CORA working at the front desk. She has amazing customer service excellent skills, was able to rectify the issues and really made our vacation experience memorable. Overall the staff are very friendly and try to evolve the guests in all the fun activities. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach! Second time here and everything is better than I remember. Spacious rooms, clean grounds, nice beach with plenty of loungers and shade. Great staff. Very friendly and attentive. Having been to five other resorts up down the Mo Bay coast, it's the food that sets the Iberostar apart. It's simply a cut above the rest. In a word: fantastic. If you are looking for a good spot, close to the airport and checkmarks in all the right boxes at a reasonable price then look no further than the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach.

We just visited the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites with 22 of our closest family and friends to celebrate our marriage on site. This was the BEST resort we've ever been to and we've visited numerous resorts (15+) throughout Mexico and Jamaica. The resort was gorgeous, the food was fantastic and the staff was so friendly. The resort has the perfect balance of being family friendly (yet not swarming with kids) and lovely for adults. We brought our eight and six-year-old and we all had a great time. We would definitely go back!

Huge! Beautiful! Entertaining! All inclusive! What more could you want? They even have an adults only area. This resort is unbelievable! The staff is friendly, but beware of scammers. They can be "too" friendly. They create unique and delicious mixed drinks. The food in their restaurants is mouthwatering. The rooms are large and luxurious. You must try the beach front rooms. The swing at night listening to the ocean and looking at the stars is heaven.

Loved, loved this hotel. It's my second time staying at this hotel with family and friends. There staff is will trained, customer centric and fun. The rooms were clean, welcoming and relaxing, there was wonderful room service available at no additional cost and enjoyed all the fun and engaging activities the had around the hotel. The food was to die for, there were dishes for everyone and from every culture, I truly enjoyed trying dishes from different country. I wholeheartedly recommend this all inclusive hotel for friends and family. I hope they could provide me with a discount this year because my family is planning to come back to the hotel this year for late August.

We had our wedding there on 2/9/18! Let me just say Nicole the wedding coordinator did absolutely everything perfect! We could not of asked for a more perfect wedding! Thank you so much! Now as far as the resort..TEN stars 🌟. The staff was exceptional! EVERYONE so kind and everyone there was always so happy! The bell man Avon was awesome in helping with anything you needed! The entertainment staff.. not sure how they do it. The same people worked there the 12 days we were there from 10-11am to 12-3am. And everyday they were so happy to be doing there job! You could tell they loved being there! Also wanna give a shout out to the pool bartenders Chevy and Javaune (spelling?) After just a couple hours being there they knew what you liked and there was never a need to ask for another because they were handing you a drink when you were sipping the last drop from the previous. Not to mention if we were in the activities pool one of the bartenders would always come over and ask me and my party if we needed another drink or they would just bring them over! For one of the most important vacations I’ve ever had I’d have to say it was the best and the best service I’d ever experienced!!! If you are unsure about staying here..don’t be because you won’t be disappointed! We will return to Iberostar!!!!!

This was our second stay at the Iberostar and fifth trip to Jamaica. We love the all inclusive aspect of this hotel! This year we were there for the New Year's Eve celebration and had an amazing time! Great music and dancing on the beach, fireworks at midnight, and lots of wonderful drinks!! We enjoy the nightly entertainment and all the awesome food that is served throughout the day, as well as the grilling on the beach for lunch each day!!

Had a great time in Jamaica but I don't think I would return to the same resort. The facilities, rooms, etc were all nice, the staff were friendly, but the cons outweighed the pros. I found most of the staff were tip hungry. it would have been nice if there was an end of stay gratuity instead of feeling like we needed to tip constantly to appease the workers. Also as a younger male I felt like I was constantly asked by grounds workers, lifeguards, waiters if I was in need of marijuana which was fun at first but not towards the later half of our stay. The worst part was the food. It rarely seemed fresh or cooked well. For me food is a huge part of vacation and the food here just didn't cut it.

    Honestly;
    The food is amazing.
The Jamaican workers at this Iberostar will never get the recognition for the 5 stars they provide.
$1000JMD goes along way with these people and they deserve it.
Watch out for jellyfish, other than that the water is very nice at the whole complex.
Make sure to utilize the tennis court, loads of fun.
Shops are great, make sure you package/bargain things

I don't know that the star system is the right way to rate this place. I think your experience really depends on your desires. It's all inclusive so you don't think about food or drinks. There's always something open and available. Always. Even room service is 24 7 and included. The price of being included is that it's all pretty vanilla. The same things in the various buffets day after day. The restaurants offer some variation at night but they're not particularly great (nor are they awful) and even there you're really just selecting an entree and getting everything else from a buffet. The property is nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. The beach is crazy beautiful though you've got to run a gauntlet of people selling things on weekends and at sunset. Bottom line if you prioritize simplicity and ease over exception and expense then this place will deliver. Feel like if you stay more than three days you'll start to feel like you're on a treadmill.

Beautiful resort. Very good location. Very clean pool. Good food. Restaurant selection was great. The reason for 4 stars was the service. Staff was courteous and happy when you tipped them but even by with tips service didn't improve. Even with tipping them before doing the chore didn't help. Basically I found people here were mostly lazy except front desk staff who were good. Bar service was good .

Amazing resort! First, I would like to say the staff at Iberostar Rose Hall suites are #1. They were very welcoming, gracious and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. The grounds were cleaned, food was fresh and delicious. Already making plans for our stay next year.

Best vacation ever. We just completed our honeymoon stay at the Iberostar Grand and we can’t say enough good things about it. The service was second to none and the employees all have hearts of gold. The food is delicious and there is so much to do on the grounds. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time just left 10/14/2017 - Mo Mo, Peaches and Carlos with the entertainment crew were great!! Made us feel welcomed and kept my teenager entertained - shows were great as well. The food was excellent and the variety was AMAZING!!! All of us could find something anytime! Drinks and bartenders were good. The resort was beautiful - rooms clean and views were amazing!! And one special gen that the Iberostar probably doesn't even realize they have is a waitress named Melonie (spelling?) she was truly wonderful and we would come back for her alone! She went out of her way to accommodate us with any silly request and was so knowledgeable and never seemed to mind to answer our questions. We looked forward to seeing her everyday! Thanks again for a great vacation and we will be back 😁

This is by far the best place to stay in Jamaica! The staff is very friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and fun! Would definitely go back! They also have 4 restaurants. The food was top notch. If you go, you have to get the ocean front room. It’s a little more in price, but the view is spectacular!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Iberostar Grand (June 13 to 16) and again at the Iberostar Suites (June 23 to today June 26). On both occasions we were in Montego Bay to participate in meetings. The staff at the "Grand" and the "Suites" were all most welcoming, courteous and very helpful. I would like to single out reception staff Oralando, Chrysta and Cora at the "Suites". I cannot recall the names of the other staff and would like to commend them also. Dining room staff were also excellent. On the first occasion (June 13) we were mistakenly directed to the "Beaches" instead of the "Grand". The experience while trying to check in at "Beaches" was most unpleasant. The front front desk supervisor was extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. We experienced customer service at its lowest ebb!. We were almost forced to seek alternate accommodation at another hotel, although a confirmed booking was in place. Thankfully, it was discovered that we should have checked in at the "Grand" and the reception and empathy we received there made a remarkable difference. I have decided not to mention the name of the front desk supervisor at the "Beaches" publicly in this review. Besides the brief unpleasant, initial encounter with the supervisor at "Beaches", the rest of the stay was great! NOTE: wireless service in the room at the "Suites" was almost non-existent. Also, room and bathroom lighting need improvement.

We had the BEST week at Iberostar Grand. If you are without kids, I definitely recommend this resort over the other two Rose Hall resorts connected to this one. The entire staff was extremely helpful and polite; they make it their mission to make you feel special. The drinks are awesome and each bar tender has their "specials" that make it fun and add to a unique experience. We went beginning of June (off season) and there was the perfect amount of people. They had awesome music and shows and fun activities daily. Our butler Duran was my favorite- I know he took care of others, but made us feel very special. My ONLY negative comment would be regarding spa- our massage therapist were AWESOME but there was no "spa experience" when entering the spa. It was one of the few things we paid extra for and would not do it again. We felt more pampered by general staff walking down the hallway of the hotel then entering the spa. The food was outstanding- a lot of variety and each were unique and prepared to perfection. The beach and resort is very well kept. They have a full/hard working staff that ensure you have a clean (important to me) comfortable stay. Some warned us about the venders along the beach- this resort protects you, but honestly, they were very nice people and took "no" well. We walked daily along the beach. We also liked the location of this resort- still Montego Bay, but out a bit further from the busy airport/city area. When we return- we will not be researching resorts- we will be right here at the Iberostar GRAND!!

We had my daughters wedding there. Everyone got upgraded to the Grand except the people that were getting married and the people paying for the wedding. Seems like if you were spending as much money as we were, we could at least get an upgrade. But I guess not. We won't be coming back that's for sure. Not a pleasant experience. Not to mention the front desk staff were very rude about the whole situation. Was hoping for a very special experience. Instead it was a very big disappointment. Not a special day at all.

Beautiful hotel but locals beware. We booked two rooms for two nights. We cancelled a night but got confirmation for the second night. Drove all the way from Kingston (4 hours) and found out our itinerary has been cancelled. We were then told that they are booked out. They cancel bookings made by locals to accommodate foreigners. But jokes on them, there was a foreigner with us that is part of South East Asian backpackers (blog). He will certainly write a lengthy review on his experience. Used to come to this hotel with my family three times a year, but no more. The receptionist was very helpful though and quite calm even though I wasn't. We will have to come back in two days. Hopefully, they don't cancel our reservation again

Stayed at Grand Rose and everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel like you are a superstar. The drinks are strong, the food is amazing, and the activities are so much fun. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. P.S. Grand Rose is kid free though the other two resorts allow kids.

We just returned home from our AMAZING stay at the Suites resort. I cannot stress enough how beautiful and wonderful this place is. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We ate at two of the restaurants for dinner and the buffet the remainder of the nights. Loved loved their buffets. We had a couple of picky eaters in our group so it fit all of our taste needs. The entire grounds is immaculately clean. My only gripe is the picture they show online the beach isn't as wide as pictured which isn't even a big deal. The rest is JUST as pictured. I would return again and again to any Iberostar after my experience here.
