We were there for a wedding yesterday and I must say the wedding planner Nickalia went above and beyond to help my sister and her husband pull off an amazing day! The property is beautiful and the food and service from all the staff was just A+! No wonder they are one of the best destinations in the world.

What a beautiful place I went there for my honeymoon and I had a great time.. the staff is completely professional and very nice Always in a good mood and happy to help with anything you need.. the grounds at sandals Montego Bay were immaculate. Everything was so clean I was shocked.. I had such a great time.

Just came from Montego Bay for vacation and stayed at Sandals Montego Bay, although the scenery was great but for all the money we paid I expected top notch service. The food was subpar, plus portion is small. The only good restaurant we liked was the Oleander which require reservation. Entertainment was lacking or almost non existent(same thing almost every night). The beach is kind of small there was a lot of seaweeds, however the water sports stuff was free;scuba diving and snorkeling was free (well included in the price you paid). Get a butler, it will make your stay much better and you do have option to visit other sandals resorts, they provide shuttles and you still have access to all the restaurant at those resorts as well.

As a first timer I was very impressed. Staff was friendly but our butler Nasha was beyond awesome. Her cheerful and instant smile always brought a joy to the day. Food was great with a good variety. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful location. Good food with lots of choices. The restaurants that require reservations are excellent. Top shelf liquor. Only beer is Red Stripe. Don't get your hopes up for a beach walk. Only about a hundred meters of beach. The snorkeling is average. The Coral is mostly dead, so there are few fish. Service at restaurants and poolside was outstanding. Rooms are very nice. The main difference between room categories is view and balcony size. I would come back.

My husband and I had a fantastic time on the resort. We enjoyed the hospitality and wonderful service of the staff. The resort was kept clean. The spa service was amazing too.Our trip to Crodon plantation was also refreshing. We will go again.

I was recently married at Sandals Montego Bay, and I must say that it really is PARADISE! It was also difficult to make arrangements with a planner even starting over a year before pretty only on the Sandals side. I was very pleased with the high esteem of customer service that you rarely see, from every single staff member once I arrived, of course the drink and food menus and selections were absolutely PERFECT as well as left with the lasting memories of the beauty and serenity of the island! There was a few things that were missed at our wedding, but once again the staff was amazing and very fair with making monetary compensation for this. I will definitely be doing business with Sandals in the very near future which destination, we'll see!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was beautiful! The beach is amazing and all of the rooms are so close to the beach! The food, drinks, and service is always great at Sandals. We did an excursion that took us to the Black River, YS Falls, and the Appleton Rum Factory. So much fun! Definitely check out the Royal Caribbean Resort too. Beach isn't as good but the private island has some great snorkeling!

Nice place. Was here for a full day pass but left shortly after dinner. Staff members were friendly and the food was good. Had a great fish in foil at Stewfish. And pretty much was just lazy for the entire day. Moving from d sea side to the jacuzzi

Nice resort. We visited from the neighboring Sandals Royal Caribbean (free shuttle). Large resort is spread out in a long line versus stacked backward form the beach. Like I said we just visited and what we saw was beautiful.

My husband and I stayed here the first week of October this year. The service is fantastic and the people are super friendly. Something that bothered both of us was the constant planes taking of starting at around 6am all the way to 11pm. And they are LOUD!! The resort is located at the end of the runway so there’s no escaping the loud planes leaving. We were unaware of this when we booked our vacation. Because it’s a sandals resort, you’re able to visit the other Jamaica locations during your stay. If you go to royal Caribbean, the planes are much higher off of the ground and not as noisy.

Overall Montego Bay was gorgeous and had great service, but the planes were just so loud!

This is a great place to visit. Staff is super friendly and the grounds are very well kept and clean. Much better than the Royal Caribbean as far as friendly staff and well kept grounds. Swim up suites are highly recommended

The all inclusive resort at Montego Bay was absolutely beautiful. Free bus service to other 2 resorts. Free shuttle pick up and return to airport. Beautiful ocean view. The entire staff and everyone who works here are absolutely outstanding employees. Rooms with balcony overlooking the pool was very relaxing. Everyone took care of anything you need immediately. Dinner for 2 on the beach with your own waiter was a highlight and the food was excellent as was the service. Has exercise rooms. 24 hour security. Super entertainment. I will definitely return to Jamaica and stay at Sandals.

My husband and I really enjoyed our honeymoon here. Service is great from the moment you step on the property. It's great for people that just want to relax at the beach/pool, but also great for people that want to be more active. There are different events every night and the play makers really keep it entertaining. There are a lot of excursion options. We highly recommend the catamaran cruise and the Island Routes Mini Cooper trips. Can't complain about any of the food. Oleander was my favorite restaurant there and the service was phenomenal!
Airplane noise did not bother us at all, I am a light sleeper and I don't recall hearing it in our room with the A/C on. My ONLY complaint about our room at Seagrapes is the bathroom had no ventilation. I had to keep my stuff out of bathroom otherwise it would be soaked after using the shower. It was very humid in the bathroom, almost impossible to dry or style hair in there. The room had a nice balcony, near piano bar so you could hear people singing late at night (didn't bother me).
Overall we would definitely come back. We meet couples that have been to other Sandals Resorts and they keep coming back to Montego Bay.

It's really nice to be so close to the airport, but the planes are loud taking off. Maybe 1 plane flies over the resort every 30 minutes? Didn't wake us up at night though. The staff is wonderful and the resort has a lot to offer. They make vacationing easy.

Wife and I enjoyed every minute of our Honeymoon here, they really do treat you like family! Don't listen to these other "food critics", every single meal was divine, even the buffet if you can believe it! Yes, it's close to the airport so you hear the planes taking off, but they only run from about 11 AM to 9 PM, and they are very intermittent and pass by within seconds. After day 3, you don't even pay attention to them. As for the construction, don't worry about that either! The temporary walls they put up look just like the resort, we honestly couldn't even tell if it wasn't for the back hoe working on the gazebos near the pier. Even then, they only run them for 3-4 hours a day. Mosquitoes were bad, but it's the Caribbean, what can you say? They do bomb the place at dawn and dusk, otherwise it would be a lot worse. Doesn't even matter though, booked with a deposit for 5 years from now to come back again! With all that, still a 9.5/10 experience

Spent a week there on my honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and the service was very good. Every meal I had was excellent. The beaches and pools were clean and we'll attended. I stayed at the Smaller of the three resorts, the Carlisle where the price was right and for a short trip in the provided shuttle my wife and I were able to enjoy the activities of the sister resorts. I was disappointed when going to play darts or billiards at my resort as the equipment was in very poor condition. A number of other small details were missed such as our honeymoon bed turn down but an important detail they missed was notifying us of the transfer of our starlit dinner from our resort to a sister resort due to construction. I'm glad I had noticed the construction that started in our resort and inquired if there were any changes or I'm afraid I may not have found out until too late.
These small details are the reason I only give 4 stars. Not a perfect experience but I would still recommend a vacation or honeymoon to this sandals resort.

Right by airport, gorgeous water and great staff. All you can eat and drink, swim and sun. Beware though, outside the resort everyone wants handouts and tips, even for doing their job. Guy would not even let us on the bus from airport without tipping him, stood in front of door and would not move. Seems typical of the island

Really beautiful, really relaxing. The staff are really friendly. The beach is great to relax on. The drinks are strong and bottomless. The food is good, although not the best I've ever had. The one downside is that you hear every plane that goes by.

Great atmosphere, it's Jamaica!! Food was okay. 90% was food that I could have gotten in the US. The on-site restaurants were okay but nothing to get excited about. The staff was very friendly and eager serve. The rooms were spectacular, pool with bar-divine. I was just expecting more from food.

Great place to relax and enjoy unlimited drinks and food. The only negative we experienced during our entire stay here was the close proximity to the airport. The restaurants were all delicious.
