The people are great. Service is great. The room not that great. No private beach at this location. Very limited list of food items, your tired of all the food by day 3 bc alot of it you either don't know what it is or have got it and dont like it. Definitley not worth the money at this location. We still have 3 more days here ans im already ready to go home. Also, dont come in May bc all it does is rain. We will definitely not be back to this location but more than likely another sandals location. Staff ia wonderful here couldn't ask for any better staff members. Taxi people are greedy and don't take pictures with people at margaritaville bc its $20. Just all around not what i expected at all and definitely not worth the amount that we paid. We have asked twice for our fridge to be restocked and still have nothing to drink even after leaving a note on the bed. We know they got it bc our room has been cleaned and the bed has been made.

Great atmosphere tucked away by the airport it has gone through some major renovation it is awesome and the rooms are nicely decorated some with their own Jacuzzi bath. It's directly on the beach.

Love the property. Very convenient to travel to Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Royal to visit. They offer a complimentary shuttle. I proposed to my now fiance a couple weeks ago at the Montego Bay property and the staff helped made it a proposal of a lifetime. Best trip ever!

If you love the beach as much as I do, well this is the place to stay right along the best beach with the best sunset view in montego Bay

Always a nice quaint place to be and just across from the beach where you mix with the locals and be at your leisure.

Nice enough resort, if a bit run down. The real draw is that you can spend your days at the better Sandals in Montego Bay or Royal Caribbean and only sleep here.

The staff was friendly but the hotel is very outdated. the pictures on the website are fake. It's across the street from a public beach and locals are present 24 hours a day on the beach. It's not private. It's not what I think of when I think of a sandals. I don't think the hotel is on the level of a sandals. the experience that I got was on a average hotel level vs an all-inclusive upscale Resort. Stay at 1 and play at all 3 is great. You get to see the difference between this sandals and the Montego Bay or Royale. I spent every day at Montego Bay or the Royale. The view and atmosphere is 110% different. The bed at the inn was uncomfortable, hotel room is outdated, our room had an odor that never went away, the restaurant food was decent but I had higher expectations. The orange juice is made from concentrate, there are no pork substitution options. (Turkey/tofu) You can't walk three steps away from this Resort without someone trying to sell you weed or trying to pull u down a back road to their stand to sell you trinkets. ( They don't take no for an answer) Sometimes they will even call you while you're on your balcony to try to sell you weed. So even your balcony isn't private from the public beach! This doesn't happen at the other sandals. The photographer and tour agent are almost never at their desk. So it's pretty hard to set up stuff. We never got our complimentary photos. And because the tour person doesn't come in until 8:30 a.m. you're going to miss any tours that leave at 7:30 a.m. song it's almost impossible to set up a tour of the same day. All in all the sandals Inn is okay but for what we paid I expected more. for it to be considered a sandals I expected more. In comparing the sandals inn to the other Sandals Resorts in Jamaica, I felt a little swindled. If I was to return I wouldn't go to the sandals inn.

It's ok, the beach is across the road, but a great swimming pool is on the inside, couples only.

It's a local icon by this point. Lovelyt grounds and customer service, across the street from the public beach and conveniently placed near the Hip Strip. It has a good view too

rooms need updated but common areas are nice and this resort is small and quiet compared to the larger sister resorts.

We had a great time at the inn for our first visit to Jamaica. Daniel and Travis are always showed us a good time. We liked how small it was because you really got to know the other couple staying there. We will definitely be going back the other resorts (royal and mobay) were fun to visit but I was happy to go back to the quietness.

I didn't stay the night so I didn't think it was fair to give five full stars.

The hotel was very clean, staff were extremely nice and were very attentive. The bar staff were very friendly and would make nice cocktails of your choice.

The bar food was pretty average and the breakfast and lunch was good.

The day pass allowed you to use all the facilities of the hotel apart from the rooms so if you wanted to get changed to use the swimming pool or go to the beach.

The only downside was that they didn't have a private beach and that you needed to leave the hotel to access the beach across the road.

Other than that I would definitely go there again

This is definitely the quiet resort on the island. It's not on the beach its across the street where there are locals there 24/7 and try to sell you weed every time you get on the shuttle bus. The only good thing is that you get to go to Sandals Montego Bay and Royal Caribbean where we spent most of our time because they actually have private beaches and the resorts are a lot nicer. Stay at one of the other sandals resorts unless you want to have to take the shuttle to the other resorts every day.
