  Had bad experience at your store 31/2 Calidonia Road Mandeville recently. One of your supervisors was distasteful to me a regular and loyal customer. Cashiers and baggers do a better job!!!

  Today I purchased some groceries at your shoppers fair Brunswick Spanish Town location which included 2 package of pork pig tail. After reaching home I decided to check my receipt to ensure I had received all of my items I noticed that I was over charged for one of the parcel of pigtail. The amount on the package was $223.60 instead on my receipt I was charged $2223.60. I returned to the supermarket to get my refund. I was assisted by the assistant manager who proceeded to ask me if I didnt realize that my bill was high. I told her that I purchased alot of items and i wouldn't be expecting that i would be over charged. During the whole process of the refund I was never given an apology. This is unacceptable because if I had not checked my receipt I wouldn't have realized I was over charged and on top of the incident the level of customer service that was offered is less than desired. How I was made to feel was like I should have noticed the cashier's error.

  Still waiting for a response since 3 weeks ago to a simple question on the company's policy on redeeming Progressive card points when a customer passes away. Obviously, this is not an important matter especially to Vivienne Edwards at Portmore's Shoppers Fair who was rude and insensitive when asked to assist with the matter. It is so wrong when managers such as her can do the right thing but disregards the importance of the customer in such special cases.
