Don't like checking out If using a debit/credit you have to go to customer care which takes about 5 minutes on a busy day. But supermarket is nice

The aisles are usually clean and items are easy to find. If assistance is needed, attendants are readily accessible.
Cashiers and packaging staff are generally pleasant and helpful.

The customer service provided by the Pharmacist is second to none. The securities are very polite. I was introduced by my neighbour and I cant seem to pass without stopping. Its is a one stop shopping experience. The range of products is second to none.

Quite nice for shopping even at odd times which makes it a lot more convenient especially for people within the area. We'll stocked and has a lot of items for sale.

Added to the convenience is the newly built hardware store which makes the place a one-stop place to shop for anything for the household. Public restroom is also there. There is a lot of parking and wheelchair parking and entrance.

Love shopping here.they have everything. I literally just buy what I want and leave because if I browse the isle I will be buying a whole lot more things. They now have a hardware on the property and that just make the ease of shopping with tons of parking

More of a rural supermarket but still has reasonable priced goods. The staff is helpful and i find all of what i need there.

The prices are reasonable and it's not high profile n crowdy as others in Portmore. The cashiers need more customer service trainer.

The supermarket is not big but it stocks most items that the poorer or middle classes might need. It is reasonably priced and has enough parking. The parking lot needs to be paved fully because right now it seems like a dirt track.

Joong is a great location to purchase wholesale and retail groceries for your home as well as small appliances for you home. They accept Magna Cards and you can also pay with you Magna Vouchers at this Supermarket.

not very modern looking but always well stocked and though lacking processes and megamarts broad international overages still has many available. Quick service is a plus with moderately friendly personel (do not expect overly chatty people but one can expect professionalism and politeness).

The produce majority are usually expired, they do however carry a variety of products. Therey're surroundings needs to be upgraded and the staff is usually friendly.
