It was good when it initially started up but it has progress to being the worst!!!! 1- when you call the landline, no one answers.phone rings out, 2- the cashier always get your order wrong, getting a refund is a total pain and 3- there's no communication between the storeroom and the cashier, you might order an item, when you go to collect it, it's out of stock!!!!!

They have a large variety of groceries and household items on sale at low prices. Their service is good but sometimes (not often) they might put the wrong item in your bag so make sure you check your bags before you leave.

This wholesale started out as one of the best in terms of affordability and convenients, now this seems to be the worse, the staff has no manners, plus they have no customers service skills, the supervisor there seems they can't control the workers there in order to let the production perform effective. It seems the owner employed person's that don't care about the business and this is the reason it's on a downward move.

Great prices. awful customer service. cashiers argue in front of you over lunch time. Supervisors allowing staff to be petty by telling staff to take long with orders for customer who want a refund or exchange and the meat at portmore k and m smell like they keep a dirty refrigerator with spoil meat next to the good ones.

They are open early and go until 7pm which is good. They offer different options for placing orders-call, whatsapp, in person. Delivery is now available so that could cut down your errands. Competitive grocery prices. Different items go on special at different times which is cost effective. They sell a range of products outside of groceries so chemicals, hair, baby and skin products are also available. Items are sold at wholesals price when 3 or more of the same product is purchased. Some staff members have horrible customer service. The wait time is long when the location is busy or you buy a lot of meat. Otherwise, it's in and out relatively quickly.

Really Thought prices would be much cheaper as it gives the impression of a wholesale. But it seems same price as a regular supermarket just with a slight inconvenience of not picking up the goods you need yourself

Good meat shop and a wide range of groceries. There is also a restaurant owned by the wholesale on the property. The parking was expanded so that bit is less of a hassle. The negative is the service. The system used to place your order, then collect can lead to a lot of confusion from both the workers and customers. Overall its a decent place.

I bought turkey neck and other meat on May 5 2017 on May 6 while cleaning the turkey neck I smelled something funny but I thought it was coming from the kitchen sink it wasn't until the meat was on the fire that I realized that the turkey neck was spoiled my house was filled with a bad odour coming from the meat I called k&m on the 7 to make a complaint and I was told that season meat or cooked meat can't be refunded. What sort of rubbish is that to make matter worse the supervisor on duty was very rude very disrespectful when I asked her what is her name she said I don't need to know that she is the supervisor. I asked to speak with someone else and she put down the phone have me waiting for minutes without returning the call I hang up the phone and tried calling several times and the line was busy which proves to me that she didn't looked back on the phone I called until it was closing time I would never encourage anyone to shop here
