The rooms are very dated and the bed hard but the staff are very very accommodating
Rooms are outdated. Air conditioned but look out for open windows. The rooms are dated but ideal if you need a quick stop and not looking an extended stay or if you traveling on a budget.
Great place to stay, customer service and hospitality exceptional.
If it's an emergency and you need somewhere to stay overnight for a comfortable price then it's right up your ally. Rooms are outdated. Staff wasn't particularly friendly but not rude either. Guaranteed no disturbances from staff or bustle of New Kingston traffic.
really like it here the foods great. your waitress gizle is so cute and neat and pleasant her walk and the way she talks to people definatly comming back .
Place is very dated, cost effective however not very comfy
A/c wasn't working when I went there maybe you might get a better experience
Lovely restaurant area
Inexpensive no frill hotel, staff was very nice, room clean, food was good at the restaurant.
Great customer service, great staff, clean rooms, bathrooms so need upgrade
The customer service is good. The rooms are big and spacious. No microwave, the A.C.needed to be repaired and the T.V. is old fashioned but works well.
Bare minimum. Terrazzo tiles, noisy AC units, hard beds and slim amenities. Dire emergencies only.
It's nice small hotel with good customer service.
The restaurant was nice but the room was in need of a lot of work !
Not up to standard !
Small, old hotel in New Kingston. Within walking distance of Knutsford Blvd. Room interiors feel tired and worn out. Air conditioning and hot water. Ancient TVs and free WiFi. The cafe is okay but a bit expensive for the location. Rumored to be frequented by prostitutes.
Secret hide away and restaurants is very simple but is excellent
The staff made it a very comfortable stay
