I have not stayed at the Olympia Crown as a guest, however I have attended events there on more that one occasion. It has numerious ball rooms suitable for hosting a myriad of events. It is located just outside Half Way Tress as such it is in close proximity to various places. Additionally the hotel has a pool and tennis court that is open to it's guests.

Attention was horrible, was a client of this place but not anymore
First time I pay less money better room, last night I payed way more money and the room was disgusting I had to walkkkk down stairs for 5 times until finally get a room little better and guess what? Receptionist asked me for more money I had no other option by pay her and try relax, receipt has different amount than what I pay for.. No more of this hotel in my life

A low cut budget hotel. Cheapest rooms are very basic and the beds aren't that comfortable. The other level rooms gives you a better bed with few more options such as ceiling fan and a/c.

Ok the summer was really hot like the devil did a walk n a sleep with us so I decided to go there to take some ace.. Hmm it was better I stayed home n burn than went there where i pay my money, its like I pay the money to burn even more.. Ac doesn't work, bed smell funky so was the pillows, luckily I always walk with a towel.. Then to top it all off we asked for the room to be switched with a ac that actually work hmmm the lady at customer service says NO! So is either we stay n burn up or leave n burn up our money.. Smh that place is just for when u want to crash some where.. No biggy!!

This place is so garbage! Some of the A/C units don't work, the sheets were disgusting, the fridge smelt so bad, the washroom tiles weren't clean, there was no phone in one of the rooms. They had mentioned the elevator hasn't worked for a while. All furniture is old. There was a room with a bed that was shredded up and old under the sheets. The Windows weren't cleaned, the service lady wouldn't let down the price even after mentioning all that was wrong. And they call this place a hotel okay?

Customer service is very poor. Abm machine wasn't working and the rep failed to apologize, in return she had the nerve to say it's the card3 cards were tried. Then she is gonna say to go get cash.
