Very comfortable and clean frtiendky staff, very helpful, I have stayed on a number of occasions and enjoy my stay here every time. Excellent Value for the price, safe secure quiet, family oriented.

Stayed here 6 nights with my husband and kids they had a great time. They love going into the pool. The staffs are wonderful and pleasant they answer all the questions no matter how many time you ask. House keeping was done everyday without requesting i would leave and come back to a spotless room. The food is on point it takes a little while but that's because it is freshly done the hotel had a guard 24/7 and the gate is closed at a certain time but you still can go in and out. The room I stayed in has a.c. so that was perfect the only thing is that the room don't have any fridge other from that I had a great stay. I would go back again also i leave my belongings in the room and it was untouched.

We found the hotel a nice and relaxing place for our purpose - vacation. And very good value for the money in Kingston where hotels are somewhat expensive.There are nice outdoor areas with tables and a good view of hills above Kingston and a reasonable pool for a cool dip. Free WiFi is available in the reception and outside areas. It is located in a nice (posh) area of Kingston, close to where Bob Marley lived his last years. And it fairly close to Liguanea and New Kingston (where restaurants are available). A car is nice to have since the hotel is somewhat removed from these places, but taxis can of course be used too. Walking is possible for people who are used to that - Kingston can of course be a little hot during daytime (-:

The hotel is simple but clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to more tourist attractions. The price is fair to. But the services are very average, the selection of food and drinks is very limited and you can't get any alcohol there except of beer. And the wait times are really endless.
