Stayed at hotel in March 2018. Hotel room shower didnt work, no iron in room, wifi didn't work once you reach room, staff lacked communication skills. I had breakfast with fellow hotels guests/ friends & the waiter put everybody meal on my room number. The hotel manager decided to call a sit down with me about how i need to tell her about everytime i'm having people in my room & i will need to pay for the other's meal. Breakfast is free for all hotel guest remind you. I had to get the other guest to proud that they were guests and that they had breakfast with me. They didnt even apologize for mix up on their part.

Hotel Tim Bamboo did not live up to our expectations. We hosted our wedding reception at Hotel Tim Bamboo, March 24, 2018 from 4pm-8pm for 50 people. We didn't have 50 people there, we had less. The staff and management didn't gave us all of the foods and wines, we paid for and started to cleaned up way before 8pm while our guests were still eating and drinking. The services at Hotel Tim Bamboo was not good at all. We would not recommend Hotel Tim Bamboo for a wedding reception, really bad services.

Had a conference here. Meeting facilities are adequate for a group of about 65. The food was good and the servers quite pleasant. Junior was outstanding. Public restrooms were very clean. Parking wasn't so good dropping it to four stars

Cleanliness could be improved, towels are dingy and have seen better days. Menu had few daily options and even though you had to preorder meals, variety and versatility was lacking

The receptionist was beyond helpful, she checked the telly remote and A.C. remote, which was wonderful. The local breakfast with salt mackerel rundown, ackee and salt fish with traditional American breakfast as well. I was impressed with the quality of food.

Amazing and peaceful ! Full of kind people, had a lot of chance to visit the blue mountains, and coffe estate, plus a Spa treatment. In paradise for a day !

Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well taken care of and comfortable to stay in. A breakfast menu was offered each morning, however, each time we ordered it came about 40 minutes late. Besides providing late breakfast, Tim Bamboo created a satisfying experience that I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
