One of the most beautiful property in Portland Parish, Goblin Hill is set atop the Blue Lagoon near San San and Frenchman's Cove Hotel.

Our house keeper was excellent , the views amazing, loved the bird feeders and grounds in great condition. The lack of a restaurant and full time bar keep were draw backs but minor. Beware this is the tropics and a villa a rural area so creatures are near by good location.

Goblin Hill Villas is in a beautiful setting, the rooms are clean & comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and the grounds are very nice. The lack of a restaurant is unfortunate, requiring guests to drive into town for a meal. There is an option to have your maid cook meals for you in your room, but to me this is strange and uncomfortable, so we did not do this; I've never seen this before, and it was not desirable to us. I am a birder, and not once during our 3 days there did they change the contents of the hummingbird feeders, so the birds were avoiding them. I know that other birders also stay at Goblin Hill, so to cater to those clients they should keep fresh nectar in the feeders, and also install a fruit feeding station for all the other birds.

Beautiful villa layout, service, taxi and view! But the rooms are in need of serious TLC. The ceiling was peeling, the beds were nasty and the kitchen drawers were broken. The fridge had mildew. There was a janitor closet in the front of our villa with dirty mops and buckets. It was just so distracting! I can tell at one time that Place was so special, but not anymore :(

I photographed part of a wedding here and also a surprise engagement. Really nice views and it's quiet and tucked away neatly in Portland. Definitely worth the visit.

If you are not hung up on the hustle and bustle of being at an all-inclusive hotel then this is a great place to completely detach and relax in peace and quiet except for the sound of birds in the morning. Only thing I would say is that the facility is a little dated and so there are some things that are a little on the dingy side. However it is not that bad. It is a place you go to get away from everybody and everything. It is for complete relaxation of the mind.

This place is perfect IF you plan on spending a lot of your time elsewhere. Nice views with basic pool. Villas are a bit dated & need a fixing up. I'd advise if you want meals prepared, to do the grocery shopping yourself as the staff seem to have no idea how much to buy (they bought ridiculous quantities when it was just 2 of us.) It was such a waste & we were billed for about double at every meal

Beautiful villas with some stunning views. Nice pool and an easy access to the beach below (although one has to cross the road so walking to the beach isn't recommended). Bar closes very early. Place comes with a helper who can cook etc. A bit pricey I thought but great for a one time experience

I stayed at Goblin Hill villas, two months ago with my family, Housekeeper food was good everything was good apart from the service i received from the Assistant Manager we had a problem and she came over the villa to talk with my husband, I said something to her and she disrespect me by saying am talking to this gentleman not you. My best friend went there two weeks ago and she disrespect her as well by asking her, how is that my problem. management team need cleaning out. I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there turned off my phone and laptop and did nothing but relax. Quiet and tranquil will be returning to escape from Kingston. Beautiful views.
