  The Villa was nice for a group of 10 and it was nice we all had our own bathrooms. It was a great place to hang out, and the pool was awesome. However, the showers were hit and miss. We found out Gloria would turn off the hot water at night. This was an issue because being on vacation you are staying up late so we couldn't take showers at night, plus there was never any pressure. The service staff was friendly enough, they prepared our meals and cleaned our dishes but we could have gotten by without them. Our saving grace was our driver, I highly recommend hiring a driver and if you can, ask for Junior. Junior was absolutely amazing and would recommend him to anyone. Junior made our trip less stressful and was a lot of fun.
