  I used Explorer Jamaica this past Christmas and in 2010/11 for me and my family. Pick up and return to airport/hotel. No problems at all. Very trustworth, fair price and agreeable drivers. Clean airconditioned vehicles. I would never take a shared ride again - private Explorer Jamaica is the way to go!

  Safe and enjoyable trip in JamaicaJMy wife, pregnant daughter and I were in Montego Bay as part of our cruise stop. I had read many negative reviews on other sites about harrassment from vendors in Jamaica. I picked Explorer Jamaica because of their excellent reviews on tripadvisor and we weren't disappointed. We were met by Tony at the cruise terminal. We had booked the Montego Bay Highlights tour because we weren't sure whether the roads to the other attractions were too bumpy for my pregnant daughter. We found that the roads were good and asked Tony about the other attractions. He let me talk to Denzil and Denzil was happy to change my itinerary at a reasonable increase in cost. We went to Dunn River Falls instead of the Montego Bay Highlights tour. Dunn River falls was beautiful. Tony was with us throughout and took very good care of us. The vendors did not harrass us as other people have mentioned in their reviews on other sites. We had lunch at Ochio Rios. Tony took us to a shopping complex where the store owners were very decent and took us back to the cruise ship in time. I would highly recommend Explore Jamaica. You can trust them to take good care of you. Tony was very friendly and respectful. He conversed with us throughout and helped us enjoy our visit.
