Burger King Ironshore was an in and out experience. I didn't wait long for the food but it was almost 10am and the only thing that was ready was breakfast and chicken sandwiches.
I brought this up because I've been to other BK's way earlier than 9 and they had a lot of options available apart from Breakfast menu.
Also, I feel like I'm getting tired of the same things every day. Can y'all please bring some options on the American menu here at a reasonable price?

It is as expected. I find though that the card machine is down way too often for my liking. Otherwise, there are no complaints.

Food was hot, fresh and tasty. The restaurant itself is dated and needs refurbishment, ceiling tiles are old and worn. Couldn't see into the kitchen as lights were off but the fryers are in view and appeared clean with good clean oil. A party of 6 we all ordered and food cake quick, everyone enjoyed their meal. With a face lift this could be an amazing BK.

My second time at this burger King and wait for 15 minutes before one car move, it take me about 25 minutes from the cashier window to the pick up window, while was at the cashier window waiting for 2 car in front of me to pick-up, i send and call the supervisor that was on duty to get the line moving, then that the time I see the line start to move, when I reach the pick up window I said to the server why the line moving so slow her reply was it's time to go home I said ok, so everyone drop the ball at that time and the all the customers to suffer, fine dining restaurants is faster than a fast food restaurants

When entering this branch and u are driving when aproaching becarefull of the ditch across from the Byrger king it is very deep

Very busy. Mostly clean. Great place to get a burger if you need a taste of America. Food is good. Prices are a little higher than in the US.

Great environment to sit down and eat. A place to recharge one's batteries, especially going to Kingston. Oh, and the food is delicious!!!

Fast food. Good service. Affordable price. Safe environment. Convenient location. Waiting period is oftentimes less than 10 minutes which makes it very convenient to persons on the go.

The people that work here are rude and make you feel like you are not welcome to do business with them. The seem as though they are mad at you for coming in to purchase food. When I paid for my lunch, my bill was $1045. I gave the lady $1500. That was the smallest bills I had. She asked my friend if he had $50. I’m paying for the food. He is not! She shouldn’t have even asked that question to begin with! This store should have plenty of change. And let’s not mention the look she gave us for not having the exact change. She was mad that I didn’t have $50. Then, my chicken sandwich didn’t have much mayonnaise on it. I go to the front and ask for mayonnaise. The lady said to me in a very mean tone and a stern look that will be $30. I felt like I had asked her for all of her money. It’s a package of mayonnaise! I told her never mind and walked away. I do not understand why Jamaicans are so rude in the fast food business. Why do they never smile or act like they are happy to see you. It is customers, like myself and my friend, that are the reason these people have jobs! So, why do they treat the customers so rude and mean? We own 6 restaurants. One of which is here in Jamaica. If my employees ever treated a customer/s like this group treated us, they would be FIRED! This restaurant’s management needs to have a talk with it’s employees and work on their customer service skills.

The staff is great the burgers are awesome as you might see that one star is missing reason for this is that at mornings when you go in to buy your breakfast no one will be at the cashier desk and a worker will have to point that out otherwise it's a great place to have a Bite to eat
