Clean and comfortable. Not as upscale as the resorts, but very economical in comparison. Breakfast is included but is a bit on the sparse sidefew muffins, toast, fruit, juice and coffee.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very near to shopping, airport and right across the street from the beautiful beach/ocean. We have stayed here several times and love it.

I have been going to this hotel since I was 4 years old (20 years old currently). The staff is incredibly friendly, rooms are always well kept, and the bar staff are extremely fun with great personalities. The location is great and the atmosphere of the whole place feels relaxing. I will probably never stay anywhere but here when I travel to Jamaica.

Everyone here was so very nice and genuine throughout our whole stay! The room was nice and clean and even with the huge hotel across the way, we had a decent view of the ocean

Staff wasn't friendly.rooms need renovating. Beds, pillows lining needs changing. Breakfast was a joke. Noisy. My nieces and I were greatly disappointed. The whole hotel felt like an abandoned building

its ok but I wouldn't go back here, or advice family or friends to go there. This place has lots of mosquito. when to the restaurant bar to buy 2 bottles of water and a Pepsi soda it came to $10us.. Ridiculously over priced Continental breakfast toast, muffin and some fruits. when are they going to stop rob tourist??? pillows are uncomfortable wifi does not pick up in the rooms only lobby area where mosquito will eat you

Sitting here waiting to check in. Bad wifi and only in lobby. I get better wifi from Deja next door while sitting in the lobby here.

Sitting in the restaurant area for 30 mins now and no one here to serve. The pool looks great and the place looks clean. I will update when we get our room.

Got the room after 1500 hrs. No fridge. They hurridly brought a fridge. I cleaned up after them. Ac in bed room
The kitchen has 2 glasses. Thats it! Its big w/fridge, micro and a whole room. No cups no knives no nothing. Maybe its normal in Mo'bay

Right on the strip. (Although there's construction across the street, it doesn't bother anyone). Breakfast is good, breakfast wait staff is excellent and are very attentive. Check in is smooth. Rooms are exactly what you would expect from a 3 1/2 🌟 property, everything is adequate and clean.

GREAT LOCATIONS to both Negril and Ocho Rios. BUT Two types of guest rooms those from the 80's and very few from 2010. Breakfast is not what you think very very limited continental breakfast. .. entertainment they really really try BUT. Great location to restaurants and entertainments..

My stay at this hotel made my vacation! So glad that we chose this hotel over an all inclusive resort. It's across the street from Doctors Cave Beach and right in the midst of the Hip Strip. Loved this older hotel, and especially loved the bartender Kenny! I can't wait to visit again!
