Poor customer service and long wait time

Terrible customer service, specifically from the person that takes over the phone orders. Her tone lacks common courtesy and each word is laced with rudeness, on more than one occasion the call was disconnected by the representative without even a polite thank you.

Horrible horrible service. The representative who answers the telephone is despicable. I can’t exaggerate how terrible the service is. I ordered a pizza from 2:54. And even two and a half hours later it has not arrived. Staff needs training and people skills.
