We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly and dinner excellent. Location is great with breathtaking view and hotel has valet parking. Only minus points are slightly dated bathroom but this was a non issue for us as the cleanliness was at par.

The Windsor Savoia is located just outside the city gate on the hill side of Assisi. Fantastic views of the city below as well as the basilica. A very short walk into town and you can have amazing sunset views from the hotel balconies out on the street just in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious given the historic nature of the building. If possible get a room facing the valley for incredible views from your room.
