The villa Astoria is a clean and well maintained hotel. You get a good breakfast which can be eaten outside in the courtyard and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
No complaints about this small, well positioned little hotel.

Nice hotel some hundred meters from central street of Taormina. Mauro is most helpful with answering and suggesting local restaurants. Listen to him! Our room was on the top with great sea view to east. Small balcony with two chairs. Just enough. Good breakfast. Parking possible. Bus station just across the street. You can take the bus from Catania airport directly to the hotel. Wifi could be faster.

Beautiful building and excellent location. Short walking distance from main street and the owner is excellent at recommending the best local restaurants and attractions! Had an excellent stay here.. would highly reconmend

This hotel is right across the street from the bus station. It is a very nice hotel, and our room had a great view. We had breakfast outside on the front patiocroissants, juices, coffee, etc. Very nice and clean room and bathroom. The owner was very helpful also. We stayed there in October. It is a very easy and casual walk to Corso Umberto.

This is an excellent example of what we may expect of one "bed & breakfast" hotel (as I understand this terminology) - you feel that you are visiting your old friends rather then stay in a "tourist ant hill". English-speaking receptionist Mauro (owner probably?) makes all possible to get you in a good mood from the morning - always smiling, with fresh Sicilian orange juice, delicious cappuccino and helpful advises on everything. And also - beautiful villa, view on the see from the balcony where it is nice to sit with a glass of a white vine The room has new plastic soundproof window, and a modern air-condition but we are lovers of fresh air so we have preferred open window and a fan. The bath room is well-equipped. The hotel is in walking distance (about 7-10 minutes I guess) from a beach "Isola bella" (usually we have walked down to the beach and got a cable railway to get back) and in walking distance (about 5 minutes) from the city centre.
