It is a nice place. When you look out of the window, you can see the sea and you can hear it.

Very nice hotel with private beach and rooms with view on sea. Really sunny in the morning, you can enjoy sunrise every morning from your bed!
(+) Sunrise on the sea every morning, room with view, private beach and provision of deckchair/towel/sunshade (included), proximity- 10 min walk- with the cable car for Taormina (we really enjoyed restaurants and visits in Taormina in late afternoon/evening after a long morning/early afternoon on the beach).
Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly. The hotel own a big private parking, which is a huge advantage in comparison to the other hotels in the area (trust me, you will notice it!!)
We paid ad. 100€ /night for a couple (Bed & Breakfast) in mid october; to my mind it is a good deal.
(-) Hotel is definitely old fashioned, which is still ok, but the bathroom is clearly outdated for a 4* hotel. The buffet for breakfast is generous, although we do not find enough fresh fruits and mostly random food.
The way to the cable car seems dangerous (along the road) but it's a Sicilian thing!
We rate this hotel 4/5 but I really think it's one of the best you can take if you which to spend a nice stay in Taormina.response / report this review -

Clean, perfect location in terms of beach, very friendly staff, has everything you need, but a little bit old. 10 min. walk to cable car to get to the down town of Taormina.

An old hotel by the sea just below Taormina. The service was amazing and the restaurant very good as well.

Wonderful location. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Hotel is a time warp of 60's and 70's style. If that is what makes you click - then this is the place for you.
