Excellent. Authentic neighborhood restaurant in the middle of the city frequented more by Bologna'ns than tourists, staff welcoming even at 22:00 Mediterranean lifestyle eating, helpful and bi lingual. Tortellini in broth is the must have local delicacy special to try for something different for a regional flavour as a change from the excellent Ragu. Should be on your bucket list for 72 hours in Bologna.

Nice restaurant. Good service, strong regional wine selection, good pasta. I didn't like the boiled meat main, but still giving the place five stars, because maybe the dish was supposed to be kind of gamey and heavy.

Lovely, fresh and simple food, very nice staff. The service was a bit slow though, perhaps since I was seated in a side room where there was a big party already. Be sure to ask them for bread and water as soon as you sit down, in case they decide to take their time coming back to you :).

Today this trattoria is called "trattoria osteria buca manzoni". Pricey trattoria with typical food of bologna. Courses are in general good but the choices are are quite limited. Menu does not contain some important, time consuming preparation, plates. Menu is quite touristic, single minded for easy preparation in the moment!
