  Food was exceptional. I recommend skipping the appetizer buffet, not because it's not good, but so you can have space for the pasta and meat plates. The primi and secondi are so delicious and flavorful. The servings are very generous too. I struggled to finish everything even though I was so full already because I felt that it was such a shame to let such delicious food go to waste.

  Arrivato tardi a Bologna dopo una giornata in macchina il consiglio di un amico mi porta al Mulino Bruciato. Prenoto 2 ore prima di arrivare al locale e in questo modo, in pochi secondi dal mio arrivo sono già seduto al tavolo. Pasta al ragù ottima, in quantità ed espressa, non so davvero cosa desiderare d'altro. Assolutamente da provare sono le zucchine fritte. Il prezzo è molto più basso di quanto mi aspettassi. Un primo un secondo un contorno e un dolce a poco più di 20 euro. Tornerò senza dubbi

  This is the nicest place we ate on our trip to Italy! The staff is very friendly, the food is exceptional. They have a special antipasti table, you can have whatever you want on your plate for 5 euros. Practically they don't have a menu, they prepare whatever you ask for!
