The building is really beautiful built right above the highway. The ground floor was completely crowded but in the 1st floor we found the nice restaurant where you can sit and enjoy the view. The service was very good although my Italian is really bad they helped me out with the menu. The burger was average, the chips amazing, the waiting time very long why I give four stars which are also related to the amazing coffee. A good and clean space to stop.

I'm italian and i write this message in eng because all should understand it. I've seen that in this autogrill foreigners have been tricked by The shop Assistant. The ask for few things and The shop Assistant include in their recepit a lot of things speacking in italian. I've counter mabye 3/4 foreigners that piedi 30+ euros for a coke or water. This is shameful!

Fino ad una decina di anni fa il Cantagallo era un'autentica istituzione nel campo degli Autogrill. Oggi la struttura sospesa sull'autostrada A1 andrebbe ripensata da zero. Gli interni sono datati e piccoli, così come le scale che collegano i vari piani.

The cafe has great cappuccino and chocolate filled croissants. There's toys, some groceries, and other small items in the bottom floor. Great spot to stretch the legs. It was super crowded when we went.
