Wife and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The hotel is located on a beautiful cliff overlooking the bay. It's walking distance to a handful of restaurants and is a short walk to the beach. Also it's a 2 min walk to the bus stop which takes you right into Sorrento. It's an amazing location.
The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. We had a gorgeous sea view from our room and were able to open the windows for a breath taking view. Every morning the breakfast was good. I did not catch the head waiters name but he was extremely nice making sure my wife and I were taken care of.
The highlight of our trip was making friends with the staff especially Antonio who was sure we enjoyed every evening we had there. We watched the sunset from the hotel bar across the street while drinking wine. Great stay.response / report this review -

Very small rooms with old furniture. Bathrooms have been equiped in the mid 80s most likely and no change has been made ever since.
Views are great but it can be noisy at night time due to a huge bell which tolls every quarter or so. Besides this, noise wise, you can hear the other guests in their rooms without listening.response / report this review -

Absolutely terrible, there was cockroachs in my room, they treated us as lower people to them and did not turn on the AC for way too long. Would not recommend, ever.

The meals served by the staff were delicious and enjoyable. Views from the upper floors are breathtaking, and those on the lower floors get a patio to reconcile the loss. Overall a wonderful experience with friendly staff.

This hotel is in such an amazing spot with great views. The room i was placed had no A/C and was super dirty i found food in my room. The bed was like a brick and it was like sleeping in a sauna. The room was really outdated.

Visited this place on a 5 day school trip and it was amazing, aside from the fact the shower head was very low and there was no where else to put it, everything else was amazing. The food was delicious as well! The view was amazing. :)
