Lovely break! The hotel staff are charming and very helpful and accommodating going above and beyond to make the stay relaxing and wonderful. Tony at breakfast every morning is a staple and makes the day start right catering to any of your food needs. The room was large with a large double vanity bathroom and a George out balcony perfect for sunset watching with wine or espresso!

Our stay at the Eden Roc was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there was so very friendly and went out of their way to grant our every request. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The view from our balcony of the bay of Salerno and also of Positano was truly amazing, just like looking at a huge post card. The location of the hotel is very comfortable to most of Positano. We would stay there again without hesitation.

I was there for dinner only: the food was so-so, and definitely over priced. The view is not stunning as it looks like on the website. Finally, with a total bill agreed in advance of €2000+ for 25 people, we were still asked to pay for few extra coffees we ordered

The location of the hotel gives you a tremendous view of the ocean and the homes and businesses built into the cliffs overlooking Positano. Our balcony gave us a commanding view of the entire town of Positano. Room was spacious and clean, and well equipped. Service from all staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend Hotel Eden Roc.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Outstanding rooms and service. Restaurant at breakfast and at supper were excellent.

If you are coming by the SITA bus make sure you get off at the correct stop in Positano. There are two. You get off at the second stop if coming from Sorrento.

Great service first night would have done 5 stars. Second night felt forgotten and the quality slipped. Loses a star for the lack of service (upgraded room, fridge didn't work on move in and took 4 hours to fix with repeated requests, buffet for breakfast is mediocre, and what are easy requests for more coffee and tea in Venice and Rome seemed to irritate the staff).

Amazing hotel. Beautiful large room. Great view from Balcony. Air conditioning works very well. Breakfast is huge with many warm and cold selections. Pool area is adequate, but you really want to spend your time on the beach anyway. It is a 10 minute walk down to the beach and 15 minute walk back up, or 1 stop on the bus. What really sets this hotel apart is the helpfulness of the staff. They will work to get you anything you ask. I would definitely stay here again.
