The girl who served us is an exceptional optician, thank you, my daughter has solved her problem thanks to the very high professionalism shown. Highly recommended.

My review is definitely positive but, read to the end. The purchase of the eyeglasses and subsequently alone were recommended by Andrea who, with extreme professionalism, was able to manage my decifit and graciously grasp all my requests.
However, I must make a note on the inappropriately rude attitude of one of the operators (the girl with the red hair) who, with repeated and provocative glances, created me not a little discomfort; I - only - showed up without an appointment due to the impossibility of being able to book it on tel and I took the opportunity of a commission at the center to fix it in person.
Luckily for Andrea who saved the 5 stars.response / report this review -

Sorry to say, but the staff here are really not up to par. They also rely on an elusive laboratory that appears to be a black hole: a pair of glasses that is brought to the laboratory for a repair remains at least 7 days

Really satisfied with the purchase of my contact lenses here in Tre Torri, having found the optimal solution for my vision defect. I met kindness, patience, great attention and the certainty of being followed up over time if my needs change. I particularly thank Cinzia, the optician who visited me and advised me well until the purchase. I also very much appreciated the zeal with which the anti-COVID regulations were respected. Recommended!

Great place for an eye exam, prescriptions glasses and prescription sunglasses. The staff was super friendly, Andrea helped us through the process and spoke great English. We walked in and they were able to schedule an eye exam on the same day. They have a good selection of name brands. We ended up getting 3 pairs of glasses and we are very happy with our decisions. They are also dog friendly and allowed our dog inside the store while we shopped.
