I purchased 2 Haier air conditioners (Brezza BS4 outdoor and split units) installed by EMME SUN (MSUN) of Castelfranco Veneto in July 2016. M SUN was called to intervene 4 times on one of the two units (always the same) : the first in summer because the indoor unit was leaking water, the second in winter because it did not heat (it was losing gas), the third in summer 2017 because it did not refrigerate (it continued to lose gas), the 4 a few months later to complete the assistance for the part of its competence. The Haier service company (Te.Co. Centroclima S.A.) proceeded to fulfill the installer's instructions with diligence, competence and skill (in the end it was the one who solved the problem). On the other hand, the MSUN installation company in Castelfranco has always shown neglect, incompetence and inexperience. It is therefore difficult to give an overall positive evaluation of the Haier product given that the installation company (I assume authorized) does not have the minimum reliability requirements necessary to be able to commission any work.

Compiling the online guarantee is not easy and / or intuitive, at least for me.
I call Haier and they help me but in a hurry and repeating that "it's very easy".
