Staff is nice and the breakfast WILL SPOIL YOU. It's a buffet style breakfast and to be honest, it could be considered breakfast and lunch. The rooms are really nice and clean! They even have computers available for guests' use. They also have some snacks and drinks (beer & possibly wine?) available for sale. It's definitely affordable and the overall look of the hostel from inside is quite nice. It seems like it must have been recently renovated. The only reason I did not give this Hostel their 5 stars is because the bed covers were so thin, I was cold at night! :( This, of course, would not be an issue in any way if it was summer time. And I'm not sure but perhaps I could've asked for another blanket, not sure. Anyhow, it's a FANTASTIC hostel and I would definitely stay there again (:

Stayed in a 6 person room, which was comfortable with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast provided was very generous. Staff were a little grumpy, but this didn't take away from the experience. The location is good and only a short walk from the city center. Parking is available just up the street, which was convenient having arrived on a motorbike. Overall, would recommend and stay again myself!

The location was very practical near the train station and the main attractions were walking distance.
The terraces and outside garden were beautiful and help relieving out of the nauseating smell of the hostel.
The breakfast was ok, at least there are coffee machines and some fruits and biscuits, the lady was also very smiley and helpful.
The welcome is very cold, no charm in the place at all which is a disappointment since we were looking forward trying the hostel experience. Not the sort of young ambiance you would expect.
The place smells horrible and the rooms are not super clean, the worse part of course is the bathroom: if anyone showers, it becomes a disaster with the water everywhere on the ground. We stayed two nights and have not felt any sort of cleaning made.
We had to request the soap (not included in the reservation it seems) and were about to be charged for towels!
We had reserved in a four beds dormitory, the bed on top was a bit scary since it kind of had a hallow in the center, so sleeping in the bottom one was not that pleasant too.
The worse part was that the internet was not working at all during our stay.

The service, breakfast, and atmosphere was great. They have everything you need including some nice outdoor areas. They know english very well, and they were kind people. My a/c was not actually cooling the room so it was a little hotter than I would've liked. They charge for towels (1€ each). Laundry is 8€ (4 for washer, 4 for dryer). Watch your clothes because the next person may come in and remove your clothes from the machine and place them on top, in which case you might lose a sock or two (like me). Other than that, the location is pretty convenient and you can't beat all-you-can-eat breakfast.

Great place to mingle but hostel ppl are too noisy at night. Party until 2am. Not a good place to stay for travelers who wants a good and peaceful rest at night

Pretty good hostel. Clean, great full breakfast, and nicely located not to far from the train station. My only complaint is the wifi does not reach very well into the rooms that are in the garden. If you wanna use the wifi in those cases you have to go into the cafeteria. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Had a pretty good experience at Archi Rossi in May of 2014. Very good location but unfortunately my dorm-mates weren't too friendly and since there isn't a true common area it was hard to meet other people. Ensuite bathroom had very poor ventilation and draining and would become very wet and sticky after a shower. Breakfast was decent and loved the laundry on site.

Excellent location, well priced and with good breakfast. However, there's not much by way of common areas so it's hard to make friends outside your room. Also, the bunk beds are really low - I was on the bottom bunk and hit my head many times (you can't even sit on the side of the bed). I was in a 9 bed dorm and there were two showers which was good, but no area in the cubicle to get dressed or put towels so you can't really have two people showering at the same time. Still, I'd stay here again.
