The environment is quite cosy (in a negative way though). The air condition wasn't working at all as I was there in the summer and the bed are single bed which are joined together.. There's no 24hr reception as it is stated in the website. Overall the bathroom was lovely, the Wi-Fi was quite fast and also the room. I will definitely go back if I'm anywhere in the vicinity and I recommend.. It's not a 5 star hotel, it's more of a place to just lay your head while you can still be in the centre of Florence which is a good thing

The worst hotel. There is no hot water in the morning, and when is, its with no pressure. There isnt no isolation in Windows, they aare very old, and the street is the noisiest.. do not come here.

Hotel essenziale ma un po' antiquato. Per un soggiorno breve a Firenze va più che bene. I prezzi sono economici e la posizione è ottima per visitare Firenze a piedi anche se la fermata del pullman è proprio sotto l hotel. Il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare perché piccolo e senza mensole. Per il resto la camera aveva tutto. Televisione e minifrigo. Pulizia effettuata tutti i giorni, letto comodo,posto molto tranquillo e proprietario gentile e molto chiaro. Consigliato

Very helpful concier but there was zero water pressure in rooms and the wifi coverage was limited to 15 meters

The room was horrible. The air conditioning did not work, the room was not clean, the staff was rude and it was hard to find. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
