The driver:
- dropped us off in some random plaza in Naples, not our hotel
- lied to us that our hotel was a short walk in the wrong direction; because he had no idea where the hotel was.
- lied to us that he couldn't take us to this location, because it was historic
- blamed us for picking a small hotel that was hard to find, which was hilarious. It took two seconds to find on my phoneyou'd think a luxury limo would be able to do this.
- when i pulled it up on my phone, he refused to take us and pushed us along saying it's just a 20 meter walk, lying again (literally it's labeled on Google maps)
It was well beyond 20 metersmany many blocks away, which honestly, isn't the end of the world for me. However, it is a big deal for my mom, my aunt, and my brother who has a bad knee. They are not in a place to be walking far with tons of luggage. Forget about the principle.
He had no problem sending my mom and my aunt in any direction really as long as we weren't his problem.
Strongly recommend avoiding if you're going anywhere, but around Positano.response / report this review -

A scooter ride along the Amalfi Coast is an unforgettable experience. Splendid panoram. It is also possible to rent a limousine with a driver. I was very afraid of driving a car down a narrow road along a rocky range. There is a lot of traffic during the season and it is very difficult to drive a car. Most residents and tourists travel on scooters. To this end, I recommend a rental shop where you can rent a scooter and move freely on the Amalfi Coast.
