My room was way too small and the bathroom tiny. It felt there was no ventilation, no fresh air coming to the room. In addition, the heating wasn’t working and so the room was too cold. When I asked about it at the reception they told me that they only turn the heat on for a couple of hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening. Meanwhile it was 8 degrees outside. Also, guests are required to leave their keys at the reception which hands them out without ID verification. The included breakfast was ok. Other than that the room was clean and the staff quiet friendly.

Room was clean, with a safe and mini fridge. Bathroom was excellent and the shower was good. Bed was on the uncomfortable side of things. Good central location, lots to do in walking distance.

Room was ok. But this toilet? Who the hell is using something like this Breakfast was low quality and the caffee The worst one i have ever had in a budget hotel.

Poor service. No aircon. Breakfast basic. No ironing board or iron available ftom reception. Toilet roll not replenished. Noisy. Elevator so slow and unresponsive.

Rooms are a little dated, but clean and have the essentials. Location is great, close to the city centre. Staff was helpful but not very friendly.
