The hotel is alright. The breakfast is pretty good. Unfortunately the hotel needs a little renovation. The Wi-Fi is terrible! Even though my signal is strong the speeds are very low compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The water in the shower is inconsistent. Once you've got the temperature to your liking it gets cold for 10-15 seconds then goes back to your desired temperature. On average this seems to happen 1-2 times per minute or two. Finally, the room temperature gets really warm no matter how low you have the thermostat. While it is in average 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit outside i had my thermostat as low as it would go and still had to open the window at least once a day to cool the room down.

it was a great hotel and it could easily get a five. very well renovated rooms, breakfast was great, service excellent and people very nice. location perfect. However, i asked for a quiet room and i was given a room behind the elevator at fifth floor (with a 4 year old) . so noisy that i had the feeling to sleep in the elevator (even with bathroonm door closed). unacceptable. i asked the person at check-in if the room was quiet and he said yes sir. was not, and far from. plus, our higher end room had a poorer bathroom than the cheaper room we booked for our family.

Wonderful place, especially for tourist travel. Very quiet, good food, and we'll decorated rooms. WiFi is fast and simple, and the location is ideal for walking around Turin.

Elegant and quiet with a tremendous staff, wonderful dining and a relaxing courtyard in the heart of Turin. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel. Sadly I was only here for one night.
I was upgraded on arrival and the room was huge and very well appointed. Bathroom was also fantastic, lovely complimentary toiletries, wish I knew what the make was. The bed was massive and very comfy, a wonderful nights sleep.
Communal areas were well maintained and breakfast was good.
Location was perfect, very central and easy to get around.
Only criticism is that we had drinks at the American Bar and were charged EUR 20 for an Aperol Spritz and EUR 16 for a prosecco! We're used to high prices in London hotels but this was extortionate and left us feeling a bit ripped off.response / report this review -

It is a very nice hotel in the heart of Torino. Staff is always ready to help, inside of the hotel is quite elegant and the bed is so comfortable..

This is a beautiful classic hotel, conveniently situated for the Porta Nuova railway station and the city centre. Our room was elegant and very comfortable, if slightly compact. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff is prompt and courteous, location is wonderful. Rooms are all unique and have a wonderful style, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a joy with a vast collection of food. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Turin once more.
