Comfortable hotel in the city center. Clean and spacious rooms. Good gym. Restaurant and breakfast could be improved.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Only thing to improve is the mattresses and food. Still 4 stars for awesome bartenders.

Excellent accommodation in the middle of the town. Just a few blocks away from the city center. Very good breakfast to start the day and a late night bar to wind down.

Not 5 stars. Our room looked nice but our stay was full of little annoyances - a/c and bathroom flush not working properly and room smelled of cigarette ash. House keeping didn't turn up until past 6pm when we got back to get ready for dinner and was rude when we pointed out it was a little late. The pool smells like waste water, we could not stay in longer than 5 minutes, it's pretty gross.

The room was beautiful and big, the location is at the very center of Turin, with quick access to all important monuments. Breakfast was just OK, but everything else was on point.

Had an amazing experience here, and was upgraded to a better, and bigger room after a little trouble with the bathtub, the spa too is absolutely amazing, with a Sauna and a Turkish bath

Great hotel, based on great service. The team at the bar especially. After day one, you felt like a member of the family, they would remember your room number, your drink tastes, etc. This is what service is about, anticipating your needs before you even know you need them. While covered with marble and gold plating, the service was relaxed and casual. Room was large and comfortable, great bathroom. The only negative was that it needed more outlets in room to charge all the electronics we drag along with us these days. Highly recommend. Especially the Staff!
