Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and very very close to the airport. I would recommend.

Receptionist was very helpful. Scheduled taxi service and assisted with dinner reservations. Hotel is very clean and restaurant was excellent.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. However, several Annoying things happened while we were there. Free wifi is advertised, but they don't tell you that wifi only works in the lobby. Free airport shuttle is advertised, but they don't tell you it must be booked 2 days in advance and that it only runs from 9am-5pm. Our flight was at 8am, so we had to pay for a taxi. That means we missed breakfast too đŸ™„. They have a restaurant open for dinner from 7:30-10. We were starving at 6:30, so we grabbed some food and brought it back to the hotel to eat in the courtyard. One of the staff chased us off, saying you may only eat in your roomđŸ˜ . I get it if it's while their restaurant is open, but it wasn't. Lastly, the hotel
Is in a terrible part of Naples. Trash all over the side walk, very dumpy. We wouldn't stay here again.response / report this review -

In front of its door you find a bus station which is 20 minutes to Naolpi Central sation. The hotel in general is good and comfortable. Very helpful and smiley staff. It need to give more attention to the maintenance.

Surprisingly nice inside. The area and the facade leave a lot to be desired, but once you step in it is evident hat attention to detail and care has been taken into making this hotel look very, very nice inside.
Room was super clean, toiletries smelled and felt very nice compared to most hotels. Only downside is the wifi is very weak in the rooms. It is however quite fast in the lobby, restaurant and outdoor terrace (which is beautiful by the way).
We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in. They served us at the restaurant even though it was 5 minutes prior to closing time and did not rush us in any way (uncommon in Italy when they're about to close). Food was great.
Service was great, room was great, atmosphere and decor is that of a much more expensive hotel and it is only a short 10 minute drive from th airport.

Letto comodo e personale accogliente. Colazione scarsa per un 4 stelle situato, tra le altre cose, in una zona non proprio piacevole. Andrebbe leggermente rimodernato, ma pur tuttavia buono nel complesso.

Dinky hotel in the middle of a sketchy area. Went out to frqb pizza and ear it in my room after a long day and was told we couldn't bring outside food. I have never heard of a hotel that wouldn't let us grab our own. The food at their restraint didn't look appealing. Getting here was hassle as well.

Room was spacious but smelled of cigarettes. Air conditioning did not work despite being advertised. Reception were not willing to address this. Dinner in the restaurant was truly terrible. Don't stay here.

Did what it was supposed to (gave us a nice place to sleep for the night before our early flight out the next morning). Location isn't ideal if you're looking for a home base from which to walk around Naples, but if you just need a decent room for a decent price, this fits that bill.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But there was no internet connection in the room (we had only cellphones) You needed to have a lap top to be able to use their cable to connect. Also there was no hot water, only warm. The biggest problem was the promised shuttle airport service. There was none. I counted on it I was promised it and it was not working. As nothing in Italy, really.
