Professional friendly staff. Great sea views.

Perfect location with yummy breakfast every morning..Also has a private beach easily accessible so that one can spend a relaxing day during vacation in the hotel itself.

Wonderful service from professional and friendly staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The food is prepared to the very highest of standards and evening meals can be served on the terrace with views of sunsets and vesuvius. Perfect perfect perfect!!!

It's our 2nd time here. One year ago today we got married at the grand, where they looked after ourselves and 50 guests with amazing service and food. They all looked after us brilliantly then and this week is no exception.
Today we were treated to a luxurious chocolate cake for a 1st wedding anniversary surprise.
Giuseppe and his team are all friendly, relaxed, caring and fantastic

Fantastic hotel, great location overlooking the bay of Naples. Friendly staff who looked after us well. Great selection of hot and cold breakfast. Would definitely go back and heartily recommend.

its a good stay with great scenery as its on the top of the steep clifs. has private access to sea with bar downstairs. Very good meals

Terrible, rude, even sometimes hostile service. The hotel is also quite out of date and undeserving of its hotel class. To be avoided.

Beautiful Sorrento cliff side hotel with amazing views of the Bay of Naples. Excellent service with great rooms. Delicious food and did I mention the views were amazing?

Incredible experience. We stayed there for 2 nights as part of a tour group out of Rome. We ate 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners in their dining room. Enjoyed coffee on their fabulous deck watching the sunset and the cruise ships. I can't imagine a better place to stay.
