If you want to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of raw Naples, this is the hotel for you. It is located right in the Spanish quarter, where you can see how the real people of Naples live. In terms of walking distance to popular locations, it is pretty conveniently located. The staff is friendly, and the hotel offers tours (through a partner) that are fantastic. My wife and I booked a tour that covered Naples and Pompeii in one day, and the tour guides were funny, knowledgeable, and overall excellent. The included breakfast was good as well, with various pastries, cereals, hot drinks made to order (cappuccinos, etc), and hot food like scrambled eggs. My only complaint is that the WiFi wasn't working until the last night of our stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Spanish quarter. We arrived a couple of hours early to check in but our luggage was put away and we were given complimentary coffee and cakes. We went out for a walk and because of the heat returned a little early but was given our room key with no fuss at all. Check in was extremely quick and we were soon in our room. We had booked a rooftop room with private garden and we are extremely happy with our choice as it provides a perfect place to sunbathe and hide away from the hustle and bustle outside and the heat of the day. The shower water pressure is good and the bathroom amply sized. The aircon is perfect, I have had to knock it up a few degrees even though it is 33°c outside. The breakfast is an extended continental service and has plenty of choice with cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread and cakes along with scrambled eggs and smoked ham and mushrooms with smoked sausage. Coffee, tea and fruit juices are also available. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful even bringing a corkscrew and an iron and board to our room (top floor). I heartily recommend this hotel and if we revisit Naples this hotel will be first on our list for looking for availability.

The location is very good, just off Via Toledo. The private garden room is excellent to retreat to either in the midday heat or a quiet evening away from its busy central location. Aircon is top notch as is the breakfast and as for the staff, really nice, very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We arrived early in the midday heat, they took our luggage brought us a coffee and a selection of cakes all complimentary whilst we cooled down and then let us check in a little early. An excellent start for our first stay in Naples.

The hotel is clean and well decorated with good situation in the historic quarter of Naples. The minibar is well priced and the air conditioning extremely efficient. Ample provision has been made to provide a restful night's sleep given the vibrant and bustling surroundings. Toledo metro is within easy walking distance and there are shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Great location in heart of Nappies historic and shopping district, however beware of you're a light sleeper - there is a lot of noise and the windows don't offer much barrier. Very helpful staff, and breakfast in the morning is free with free in room delivery a nice touch. The rooms, or at least ours, are tight but use the space well. WiFi barely works, very slow if at all. The room was clean and mostly updated with a comfortable bed, medium stiffness.

Very well located near Via Toledo. Staff is extremely helpful and eager to assist you.
Smell of smoke is felt everywhere though and a really nuisance. It may be somewhat noisy, how many times have you been offered ear plugs in a hotel before?
WiFi unreliable sometimes.

I have stayed for three nights. Nice place to experience old naples and typical italian's life. Easy to go market too. Good internet but unstable sometimes.
