Not 5 star. 1st room had a window to an internal fire escape, no AC and was incredibly hot. They moved us to another room. Still no AC but a window. Bathroom lights don't turn off and the doors are glass. No hot water for shower, rooms are tired. Staff friendly and breakfast good. Rome is amazing, will definitely return but won't be staying at this hotel.

Overpriced, pretentious and disappointing food. We ordered the fillet steak, and the two tiny pieces we got tasted of nothing, except the overpowering mustard that was smeared all over the plate.
We were the only diners in at 8pm on a Friday night which tells you all you need to know.response / report this review -

Great location and good hotel. Bathrooms however are a disaster..shower massage doesn't work, no storage and the auto tap stays on for many minutes.

Stayed here on a group tour and I loved it! The beds were comfy the room was nice and clean, the only funky thing was the shower, but the location was great!
