Good location and nice people. Lost a fitbit there and can't for sure blame room service but suspect it was how it went missing.

Staff was friendly, however the carpet was coming up in our room, markings all over the walls. It seemed like they decided to update the bathrooms, but left the carpeting and beds much to be desired. I was very disappointed. Also, in their brochure it says they have a shuttle to train station downtown, which is false. They call you a taxi instead, which is 5 EUR per person. Ridiculous.

Beautiful hotel! Comfortable rooms and gorgeous views of Rome! Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked the location for ESRIN. The rooms were fine for a night or 2 on business and the dinner was good. A bit let down by the dreadful coffee at breakfast!
