This is not really a 4-star hotel. The food was terrible and when we ordered something from the menus we actually got less than what it was written there. The yoghurts and orange juice were spoilt. The second day, I got a hair in my coffee so I had to give it back. We paid the breakfast for nothing. No quality. The room was nice and clean though.

OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. Standard triple room was a disappointment with minimal space. Upgrade to a junior suite was a must. There are only two of them so we got lucky. The view from the "Olga" suite was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is a big plus but is quite crowded and noisy during daytime because of the school and daycare groups. The location is not a tourist center so that can be a good or a bad thing. For us it was refreshing and felt more authentic.

We had a buffet in the room downstairs, which is really elegant. The food and drinking was great. Highly recommended. The car parking is big, but a bit far from the hotel.

weird place, has the feeling of a nice hotel that's falling on hard times. surrounding buildings our room looked out on were burnt out, with weird people hanging in the alleys all night.

pool was drained and looked bad.

room was bare bones, with two twin mattresses pushed together.

Behavior of reception is silly treating the people that people can't work with tourist they must go live on mountain alone
